Looking for dark romance in which the mmc is a robot/android.

Let's just say I have an affinity for Data from Star Trek, and I also love dark romance. Give me some recs for dark romance with mmcs who are robots or androids.

I have never read a single one, so I'm very curious if there are any!

29 Michigan Looking for my person

Hi! 29, AFAB, non-binary demigirl (she/they) and lesbian.

Monogamous and long-term only! I would prefer someone no younger than 23 no older than 45, thank you!

I'm plus size, 5'2" and vary between femme and masc depending on the day.

I'm a huge fandom nerd. I have a shirt with Spike from Buffy The Vampire Slayer's face all over it, I rewatch Twilight at least once a year, can tell you the plot of every season of The Vampire Diaries, and I have a coffee mug with Patrick from Spongebob on it. If it's socially "cringe", chances are that I like it.

I really like board games! (And card games). Skyjo, Magical Athlete, Quacks, and Quest For El Dorado are some favorites.

I'm looking to get into tech support for a long-term career change, but currently I write erotic romance for a living (and plan on doing it on the side in the future). Mostly w/w romance, but some m/m as well.

I also read romance, watch romance, and am overall really into romance. Romance, TNG, and vampires are my main special interests.

I'm demisexual with some trauma, so sex takes a bit for me to get comfortable with. I'm way more comfortable with nonsexual intimacy such as cuddling, holding hands, and kissing.

I'm AuDHD, struggle with chronic pain and am in therapy for the foreseeable future.

I recently started going to the gym three times a week, but I have to go easy due to my pain.

I currently do not drive, but I will do my best to arrange rides to events and dates when needed.

I spend my day to day creating dramatic conflicts between characters, crocheting, drinking tea, and bothering my incredibly fluffy cat.

I'm fairly new to Star Trek but I'm obsessed with The Next Generation, and I'm even reading the books.

I love cozy video games like Stardew Valley and Palia. I recently got into Tomodachi life!

I'm looking for my person. Someone to binge watch shows with, talk about our special interests, body double, cuddle on cold nights, cook delicious foods, and even the boring things like taxes and taking cats for their routine vet visits.

I'm not looking for a love confession in the pouring rain or intense drama or anything, I'm looking for something comfortable and soft, passionate but gentle. Warm and cozy. I want us to be good friends and partners.

I'm okay with LDR but I'm not particularly interested in moving out of the Midwest or Michigan unless I have to.

2 months of visits!

I have officially been going to planet fitness for 2 months! It's the longest I've consistently worked out since I was a teenager.

I'm disabled and struggle with chronic pain so this is a big deal for me.

I've lost 6lbs and can carry groceries inside without as much pain as before!

My usual workout:

20 minutes on the recumbent bike on Strength ISO setting.

10 minutes on the arm bike on the quick setting.

10-15 minutes total on 2-4 weight machines. 3 sets, 8-10 reps.

My father has started coming with me as my guest the last month and he is feeling a difference as well!

TNG books taken off of Kindle Unlimited just as I was getting into them 😭

A little over a month ago I noticed all of the TNG books were on Kindle Unlimited, which was amazing news for me because I don't have the space for physical books and the ebooks cost $8.99 which is simply too much for a book that came out over 20 years ago, and not something I can afford when I'm reading 1 book a week.

So I subscribed to KU and I've read 6 TNG books over the last month, going in order, and it's been amazing!!

I'm relatively new to Star Trek but obsessed and reading the books has sated my desire for more TNG, which is my favorite.

Unfortunately last night I noticed that all but two of the books have been removed from Kindle Unlimited 😭

Thankfully the three I had already downloaded ahead of time are still on my Kindle but after I read these three I'll have to find another way to read the books. My library doesn't have any of the ebooks, which sucks. I might have to just slow down my reading so I can afford to buy the ebooks one at a time, even though I really don't like the price.

Devour is free until the 24th!

Devour is a sapphic monster romance with plenty of smut, insta-lust, fated mates, and primal play, among other things.

I've made it available for free on Amazon until July 24th! Hope you like it!

Books with wrestling or love interest inspired by Rhea Ripley?

I'm looking for romance where one or both of the fmcs are wrestlers, or perhaps the love interest is inspired by or very similar to Rhea Ripley. If you know you know.

The spicier the better, in fact if there's no spice, I'm not interested.

Almost one month into my fitness journey with PF and I love it!

I'm disabled and struggle with working out for very long. I get tired and in pain easily. But I wanted to really try to get into fitness and feel better about myself.

Planet Fitness has been a really great place for that for me. So many machines, so many options. If I can't do one machine, I try another. If I can only lift 10lbs, no one bats an eye.

No one looks at me weird when I use a weight machine only for 3 minutes, or the treadmill for 5 minutes.

Everyone at my location has been really friendly. The staff has been awesome, showing me around, how to use certain machines when the instructions aren't enough, and making sure the place is clean and organized. As well as making sure it's a safe and welcoming place. They even had Pride trinkets available for free during June!

I don't feel judged for being fat or disabled. People are nice about me wearing my brightly colored and patterned workout sets that make me happy.

While my workouts are only about 25 minutes 2-3 times a week, I feel stronger already and some of my clothing is a little looser than before. I feel closer to how I felt before I became disabled 13 years ago. Strong. Capable. I'll never be as strong as I used to be, but being disabled doesn't mean I'm weak.

Planet Fitness has helped me feel like I belong in the fitness life even if I can't go as hard or as long as many of the people there. They always make me feel welcome.

The machines are easy to adjust and I haven't had any issues with accessibility so far.

Plus using the massage chair afterward helps with my pain!

Going to Planet Fitness gives me something to look forward to when the rest of the week sucks. I've brought a friend a couple times as well and it's so nice to workout with someone else, and build a little community.

When you fuck around and overestimate a muscle group and find out 🫪

Today I learned that the back of my shoulders are strong but the front...are NOT.

I tried a weight machine that focuses on the front of your shoulders. Put it at 60lbs, no problem because I can lift 80lbs with the machines that focus on the back of my shoulders, right?

Right?

Wrong.

Front of my shoulders are weak pathetic little babies (I say lovingly.)

Well, now I know I need to focus on that area more.

I'm two weeks into my fitness/gym journey. Doing 15 mins cardio, 10-15 minutes wright machines, 2-3 times a week. I have chronic pain so I can't go as hard as I'd like, but I'm seeing progress.

New Kindle is the best part of the week 🥰

A month or so ago a friend gave me their 11th gen Paperwhite when they upgraded to a 12th gen. I gave my 12th gen Basic to a friend who only had a 4th gen Kindle.

Well, now I traded in the 11th gen Paperwhite for this Paperwhite Signature Edition, all in all I paid $92! I'm so happy and can't wait to continue reading for years to come. I don't plan on upgrading again for a long time.

First time using the flash foods app for Meijer

Got 7 bell peppers, 1 mango, 1 grapefruit, 4 oranges, 2 cutie oranges, and 4 lemons for $5! All in pretty good shape. The mango was perfectly ripe so I ate that right away, but the rest should last through the week.

Considering bell peppers are $1.50 each at Meijer ($1.30 for green.) the 7 bell peppers is worth the $5 alone, so all the fruit is even better 🥰
