Stationary/design help?

Does anyone know of a good stationary/design vendor that could do something similar to these? I haven’t liked anyone my planner has shared and I’m desperate to execute the vision!!

Blood in cats stool

I’m out of town and my cat sitter texted me that she found a piece of poop with blood in the litter box - we have 3 cats and she thought it might be our 4 month old kitten since it was smaller but wasn’t sure. How worried should I be? Is this an automatic vet visit? I’m out of state but my fiance is an hour and a half away and could hurry home if needed.

Rapid gain after going off?

Unfortunately I had to go off wegovy on 6/7 because my insurance stopped covering and I just couldn’t afford it anymore. Since I went off I’ve definitely noticed my hunger coming back, but I’ve been working out like normal and upping my protein to compensate. From Monday to today (Thursday) I went from 161 up to 164 - i had one day where I ate more than normal but nowhere near enough to gain that much (a few beers and split apps at a baseball game). Can someone reassure me if this is normal and not “real” weight that im gaining back? I’m so scared of losing all my progress, I’ve gone down 60 lbs over the last 3 years with wegovy’s help

Prudent Pet or Physician's Mutual?

Hi! I just got a new kitten and went to enroll him with Pumpkin only to find the prices have doubled from what they were when I enrolled my other two cats not even a year ago. I looked into why the cost went up and found out that Pumpkin is owned by private equity and I can only expect costs to go up and up over time. It's frustrating because I like the care we've gotten but I refuse to support a PE owned company that will prey on pet-parents this way. If I'll be paying more regardless, I want to put our kitten on a different insurance plan, and move the other two over once their plan is up for renewal (we're locked in until September). I was looking into non-PE owned companies, and Prudent Pet and Physician's Mutual came up as good options. None of our kitties have any apparent health issues (other than one with gingivitis), we just like the peace of mind of having insurance in case something were to happen. Are there any major benefits or perks of one versus the other? I can get essentially identical plans that are within only $3 of each other, so I'm debating which one to go with!

High cholesterol in 20s?

Hi! 26F, I got my bloodwork done and my cholesterol is at 223 with LDL at 115 and flagged as high. My PCP said not to worry about it since I don’t have any co-morbidities but my mom’s whole side has high cholesterol and my mom has 2 arteries with at least 50% blockage. Also, I lost 60 lbs over the last three years, workout, eat fairly healthy, and my cholesterol was the exact same 3 years ago despite the lifestyle and weight changes.
Should I be worried and advocate for myself more? I don’t want to go on unnecessary meds but I feel like my doc just brushed it off as nothing.

Routine help?

Hi all! 26F new to strength training and would love some help making my plan better. I only have time to do strength training 2 days a week (I’m planning to start doing barre one day a week and yoga another). I can’t commit to more than 45ish minutes, so I typically do 2 sets of about 8-12 reps. I have heavier dumbbells at home so by the second set that usually has me to failure. Is there anything im totally missing? Goals are overall long term health and bone density, but I’d love toned arms and back and a nice butt :)

Day 1 — Lower/Push
• Bulgarian Split Squat
• Romanian Deadlift
• Shoulder Press
• Bench Press
• Plank

Day 2 — Lower/Pull
• Step Ups or Hip Thrust
• Lunge
• Bent Over Row
• Bicep Curl
• Plank

Mexico 66 sizing?

Hi!! I’ve been obsessed with the Mexico 66s and think I’m gonna pull the trigger. What size though? I’m typically a women’s 10 across the board, but I had adidas hoops a few years ago in a 9. Thoughts?

Best dip mani on northside?

Hiiii ladies, looking for recs for a good nail tech for dip nails! I had an amazing guy for a few years in river north but I just moved up to Lincoln square and the trek down is getting a little hard to justify even though he does a great job. Looking for anything north of Lincoln park, off the brown line preferred!

Successfully switching from injection to pill?

Hi! I have been on the injection for 2.5 years and am only about 20-25 lbs away from my goal (have lost 60 lbs already!). My insurance had covered Wegovy up until spring, and I've been paying $380 a month since. I could really use the cost relief of the pill being half that, but I also don't want to mess up my progress when I'm so close to my goal. For anyone who made the switch from the injection to the pill, do you feel like it has been as effective? And did you start at the lowest dose of the pill, or were you able to start higher from having been on the injection?

Freezing/Reheating Chicken Meatballs and Rice?

Hi! I've made greek chicken meatballs served over rice with some veggies (tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onion) and a tzatziki drizzle. Trying to figure out how to meal prep for the week! Could I freeze the chicken and rice then reheat and add the toppings? If so, how long would I reheat for?
