My orange boyo Gonzo has one really long fang. We noticed the other night it seems to be excessively long. Is this normal or should we go ahead and take him to the vet to get it checked out?

The TL;DR for this is that I volunteer with a group here in FL that feeds a feral colony that lives near a fishing pier. (Makes sense right - cats show up where food is.) They're going to be remodeling the pier and we will have to move the cats if they have any hope of surviving. The group has discussed placing them with members/volunteers who could have 1-2 cats on a catio.
Here's where your expertise comes in! We have a large backyard with an unused shed. We do not have HOA rules to worry about. We'd be open to building a catio onto the shed so that way the cats have an inside place to be and an outside place to hang out as well.
Has anyone seen or built a set up like that? Do you have any recommendations as to how to go about this? We'd looked at buying the pre-done catio part of things just to make life easier. I truly welcome any suggestions.

Background: My mom is 86 and my dad is 78 and both are in decent health. They live in the house I grew up in which is in a major metropolitan city. Brother is 51, has ASD (Level 1), is single and lives in the house next door. He is employed and reasonably independent. I, 47 F, live in Florida with my husband. We’re both employed here and it would be hard to relocate back to where they live for a variety of reasons.
The gist is mom and dad’s independence has been steadily decreasing. Their home is starting to fall into disrepair and they’re just refusing to fix it. They are relying on my brother to help them despite having the funds to do so themselves.
Case in point: There’s a leak in the bathroom pipes. They’ve been having mu brother help them tear down the ceiling so they can “find the leak.”
I’m visiting next month and want to start the conversation with my brother that we need to make a plan for our parents. Truthfully, I don’t exactly know:
- What we need to make sure we discuss.
- What an actual plan looks like.
- What are some key legal things we need to think about?
I’d welcome any suggestions. I’m trying to be supportive from afar but it’s not always easy.

Has anyone else experienced high potassium levels while using Mounjaro? Long story short I started going to a new doctor, did testing and my potassium is slightly elevated.
My kidneys are fine and it’s not dietary. Doctor is moving me off blood pressure medication but decreasing the dosage hasn’t helped.
I welcome any thoughts!
Hewwo its Miss Boo, Senior Tortie Queen of the Nine Cat Crime Syndicat. I have a storee with sad start but hapee ending.
Three year ago my hoomin did a pass away. Nobudy was able to adopt me and so I wound up in de sheltur. I did not like it and started shutting down and not eating snax or really doing anyfing.
The sheltur made a video ob me and Meowmy saw it. Her senior 21 year old baby Pumpkin had pass away in December so she sez “I fink I need to adopt this kittee.”
So meowmy dribe two hours to Orlando and meet me and she was doing a cry. She adopt me and I have to go into the cardboard box to go home with meowmy. I did not laik dis box but then I get to her howse and get out.
Soon, I learn to like meowmy and do cuddles and get the bes chin skritches. I found manee plais to sleep and got lot of catnip toys. I lubbbbbb de nip!!!!
I meet the res of de syndicat and even super dog name Krypto! I take ober de bed as is my right. And I learn about de pikkel - YUM IS GOOD!!!!
My faborite thing to do is what pawpaw call “sandwich.” Meowmy and pawpaw get in bed and I snuggle up between dem.
I let Meowmy cuddle when she feel a sad and I don’t mind too mush. I hab some tortitude but mostly just yelling and no swipe swipe swipe.
So now is been three years and I 14 years young and mush happee wif meowmy and pawpaw and de udder 8 cats.

I lead us in stretching dis morning acoz when we up late doing crimez we cans get stiff muscles. Do stretch will help maxomize de crime doin! Everybody do biiiiiiig stretch and make sure your hoomin says “Biiiiiiig Stretch” or else Dey in violashun of treete.
Our office has just decided to move from hybrid rotating schedules to everybody in the office the same three days.
I’m surrounded by folks who talk a lot, are facilitating Teams meetings from their cube and two of the big office chatterboxes. In short, I’m in hell and constantly overstimulated by the noise.
My boss has suggested changing my cubicle layout to help isolate me from the general office noise and people in the hallways. My walls are about 7-8 feet high.
I welcome any thoughts on my layouts above or anything that has worked for you in similar situations.
