My aunt got a browser redirect malware called "Tekvoralan.co.in" On windows 11. I did a Malwarebytes scan and found, and deleted it. But as I guessed it came back after rebooting. From what I found it locks up the pc by sending Microsoft Edge into a loop. Several posts I found say to block the website, but I can not see how to do this on Microsoft Edge. I am not sure if that feature was removed or I just can not find it.

Now I have taken her ssd out and have it plugged in via usb on my so her ssd on windows wont work. How do I delete it from her ssd?

I locked it down and deleted it.

Hi my local school of NDSU Football is moving to Mountain West this year, and I need to ask a few questions on the new MW+ app. Sorry if they have been covered here before, just basic questions.

1. How many at the same time streams does the app allow? Is it only one live stream per account or like three at a time?

2. Are all playoff and championship games all on the MW+ app?

In past seasons in the FCS NDSU regular season games were mostly on the local ABC station. The playoffs and championship was on ESPN. I'm just the guy in the family who has to set things up so everyone can watch the games.

I bought a Windows 11 Dell laptop with a touch screen from Best Buy. However after working with it for one night the touch screen went bad. It had constant "Ghost Touches" in the same spot. On the bottom of the screen where the Windows 11 "Search" box in the Taskbar. I could hardly do anything on the pc because it kept trying to go to that because of the ghost touches.

I talked to Best buy a day after buying it and I am bringing it back to exchange for another one. I have reset the Laptop back to factory where its asking for windows set up. I also "cleaned" the laptop to remove all files for good. I think that is a new step since I never had that question before when resetting a pc.

The question I have is this. The laptop had bitlocker on its C drive. From what I gathered I have to go into my Microsoft account and delete the Laptop and bitlocker from my Microsoft account. It doesn't do it when I reset the laptop. If I do not erase it from my Microsoft account before exchanging it with Best Buy, will that cause any trouble for the next possible use of the laptop? Will it create a new bitlocker code for any new Microsoft account on it?

My mom got a dell laptop from best buy today. It was the deal of the day. A dell LDC15250-5434BLK-PUS. It has a touch screen on it. I noticed it would start getting ghost touches at the same spot here and there. I am not sure but it seemed to do it when the display is tilted back. It was ghost touching right in the search box for windows 11 in the bottom bar.

When I set it up for her I down loaded a saved desktop from her home pc. It worked fine, save for me having to install Google Chrome and her own antivirus instead of MacAfee. I read that the touch screens can malfunction on the wrong refresh rate settings. I did not look at that yet, but I noticed she had her desktop pc set to.. and it transferred to the dell laptop at 125% for viewing. I put it down to 100%. Would being set at 125% cause ghost touching in one spot? Is there a refresh rate I should keep it at?

I have been getting Samsung devices through Samsungs web store for years now. So far none of my trade ins seems to go bad as some other peoples have. But I did have two questions for the Samsung Watch9.

First when I looked the payment options the one where its only like 14 a month is through  Samsung Financing. But the "Pay in Four" is through Klarna or Affirm. I used to have a  Samsung Financing account via TD bank. But they got rid of TD bank like two years ago. My last Samsung purchases were through Affirm. Did Samsung go back to Samsung Financing and TD Bank? Or is their new Samsung credit card?

The Samsung Watch I have to trade in is my Watch 7. I see the way to put on the bands on the watch 9 looks way easier then the watches up to 7. I tended to struggle with putting the bands on. Since a new watch 9 would void all my old bands, is the new way much easier to put on?

I have my OG Gameboy that still works. I want to get a cheap case for it, but a lot I see are cases that fit the Gameboy Color. Is there any generic camera cases that fit the OG Gameboy?

Ok first let me state I am not a normal Apple user. The last iPhone I had was an iPhone 4. I did have an iPod or two. Now I am mostly on Samsung with my current phone an S25+. I have two Samsung trackers, one on my keys and one in my car. I also have an Apple Air Tag. I did this because there is more iPhones where I live. So its easier to have it spotted by an iPhone.

I have an old iPhone of my moms which is an XR. I have no cell service on that phone, just WIFI. I have my apple account on it to do with old Air Pods. I also use it to do the "Find My" app for the Air Tag in the car. Now I do not worry about people trying to steal my Ford Escape anytime soon. But there are several posts online here "My car was stolen out of our driveway.."

The other day I figured out I had not looked at the Air Tag for a long time, so I looked in the Find My app. It said it was last spotted two months ago. I went to the garage and tried it, and the phone didn't detect it. Bluetooth was on in the phone.

I went to my parents house and she couldn't get her iPhone 17 to find the Air Tag either. (I have it shared to her.) I changed the battery, and it beeped so it was still working. When I took the Air Tag with a new battery right next to her phone it opened a web browser saying this Air Tag is considered lost and to call my phone number. After a bit it did the same thing on my XR. It said that it was lost.

How do I get the Air Tag to work again? Where do I go to say its not lost? Do I have to erase it from my account and reset the Air Tag?

Ok here is the set up at my parents house. A two story house with 4 Eeros. Cable modem in the main floor living room has a Eero 7 router. Upstairs office has a Eero 7. Downstairs living room and bedrooms use old Eero 6.

My mom got a new Epson echo tank printer. All her devices and old printers showed the wireless network as one network. However this new printer a "Epson EcoTank ET-2988" finds like 7 of the same network. However it has no icons on the side of the screen to show the signal strength of the networks. I had to go through some of them to find one that worked for the printer. One Eero said its signal was too weak, but still connected. Most of the others kept saying the password was wrong. Since the office Eero is almost right next to it, I got one to work. However it keeps losing the network.

Nothing has had a problem like this with the Eeros. Does anyone know why it keeps finding multiple Eeros, and saying the password is wrong somehow?

I have the most up to date Windows 11 as far as I know. Norton Security. Dell.

I have several usb SSDs that I transfer stuff back and forth from. And it never really gave me any warnings about it. I would drag the files from one drive to another and it would start transferring them. Tonight I had a DVD iso from a few months ago. I was double checking it was what it said it was and tried to open it in "Cyberlink Power DVD 24."

Power DVD tried to read it, then suddenly on the lower left side of my screen it said "Cyberlink has a problem and needs to restart. It quickly went through percentage of resetting. After 100% it went into the Dell screen and tried to repair it, connected to server, looking for solutions. Then it said the computer had restarted. It went into the windows 11 blue screen repair options. I selected go back into windows. It loaded windows 11 again like nothing had happened.

I deleted the ISO that caused the crash, then went to keep transferring my data. However now before it just starts transferring a new windows security box pops up...

"These files maybe harmful to you computer." in Yellow. "Your internet security settings suggests that one or more files may be harmful. Do you want to use it anyway?"

If I ok then the transfer happens normally. How does one bad file seem to reset my security settings? And how do I shut it off?

I have lived in my apartment for years now. Every few years I seem to have to replace the bathroom sink popup stopper. I think that is what its called. The little rod with the white plastic ball on it. The ball is in the drain and the rod is controlled by the puller on top of the sink by the faucet. The plastic ball gets worn away after a time. I think I have bad water. Last time I looked I saw a few different sized replacements and want to make sure I get the right one.

Backstory... My dad got a new iPhone a bit ago via CC and couldn't get any android messages on it. After IOS 18 he was able to turn on RCS and get android messages from most android phones.

I have a samsung S25+ and he could get my messages. I see my texts are going on both SMS and RCS. He has never been able to get my nieces android phone text messages. She is using Google messages with RCS. As am I.

My sister had us doing a family group chat and everyone was seeing everything. Then when she added three kids phones (2 iphones and my nieces android) my dad could no longer get any messages from the group. For me the old group still had me send messages both RCS and SMS. However now all messages in new group are MMS only.

I am wondering if there is some limits on what CC allows for texting or some settings I do not know of? Just cant check all their phones settings when we do not all live in same state.

Just looking to see if this a normal problem or if any one knows how to fix it?

I am one of the few in my family who has an android device. I have a Samsung Galaxy S25+. My parents and some siblings all have iPhone. My mother has gotten tracker cards for her and my step dad. They are the size of credit cards and kept in wallets in case they get lost. But the brand she uses only works with Apple I guess. Is there a good slim tracker card that works with Android?

I live in an apartment building on the top floor. For the last week I have been getting random Bluetooth requests on my phone. Its for ONN TWS Open-Ear Pro headphones. I hit deny every time, but it keeps coming up. At first I thought it was just someone in a unit near mine trying to pair their earphones and accidently picked my phone. But now its happening a few times a day. Always in my apartment.

I am guessing its someone's earphones that keep trying to connect to anything nearby. I have three headphones that are already paired to my phone. A set of Airpod Pro2s, Galaxy Buds2, and Galaxy Buds Pro 3. I have never bought a pair of ONN earphones.

I looked on the Bluetooth menu and there is a setting to block devices in the advanced settings. But I am unsure how to get a device into the blocked feature. Do I have to pair to the ONN earphones then set them as blocked? Or is there another way to block them so they do not keep popping up?

I bought a Kohler shower head or "Hand shower" from Costco. Its a "Kohler Assert Multifunction 1.75GPM Hand shower Model R38755-G-BN." Its in a shower/tub set up.

I put it on right, no leaks or anything. It works mostly fine, the only trouble I have with it is the start of the shower. I will turn on the water from the tub spout, then lift the diverter to turn on the shower. The water will come out the shower head fine... then suddenly it will do a powerful spurt of cold water at a pressure way higher then normal. It will hit me at the back of the tub. Then it will go back to normal spraying power.

I am guessing this is maybe because of the shower flow restrictor? Its just strange it suddenly shoots out a high pressure jet then goes back to normal. I kind of have to turn it on from outside the tub before getting in. Is there any way to fix this?
