Since its so hot out, Im thinking of preparing my night time herbal tea ahead of time in a mason jar in the fridge. I usually steep with boiling water until it is cool enough to drink, then I drink it. That ends up being 15-25 minutes. What would be the equivalent of that in cold form? Is there a ratio?

Need something to add to chamomile. Passionflower and lemonbalm have been too strong in the past

I see a lot of people posting about that aspect, Im curious if there is any science behind this because I havent heard any gut specialists mention this.

Accepted a stack, cancelled one and the second one isn't cancellable. Accepted another order right after and its not cancellable either. Never used to be an issue. My cancellation rate is 2%
