Whats the point of resigning if points dont double at the end of the game like in Marvel Snap? Am I missing something?
I guess it could just save time, just making sure Im not misunderstanding anything

Thats a trauma response right?
A few months ago I saw an old friend I hadn't seen in a long time. We talked for a few minutes and exchanged numbers. I know he had issues with drugs for a while, but I heard from a mutual friend that he had gotten clean and was doing pretty well. I sort of had mixed feelings about meeting up because Ive become pretty isolated the last few years and my boundaries have gotten pretty bad. But I felt like it was something I wanted to do, I kept having this nagging thought that I should reach out. We finally met up after a few attempts and it was fine at first. But I ended up maybe sharing too much and he started venting about his bad relationship with his parents (which we sort of had in common). I think it kind of brought up some of my trauma and I had a bad night of sleep and a bad day today. I recently got off of the small amount of caffeine Ive been having because I keep hearing bad things about it and it really brings out my anger and anxiety. But I guess without it, Im a little too apathetic like my nervous system is under stimualated. Just wanted to share that. I guess my desire to help others keeps getting me wrapped up in peoples problems. Id like to actually make a career out of helping people, instead of getting involved in these situations. Now I feel like I need to block him to keep from getting involved further, despite communicating that Id like to meet up again. Or maybe I need to get back on caffeine. No easy solution..
Beginner here. Went 3 days in a row maybe 10, 15 minutes. Feet and calves are wrecked. Hopefully they get back to normal cuz this is fun stuff
This is my pattern atm
Its to the left of my second molar, swollen and painful, there is some bleeding, perhaps it never healed properly and got infected? Wisdom teeth were removed 10 years or ago or longer. Dont remember this being an issue other than something small for a few days

I dont have a diagnosis and not sure if that disqualifies me from posting on here, but Ive become extremely avoidant the past few years especially when it comes to conflict. I feel like I struggle to express boundaries, because Ive suppressed them as a result of years of conflict with my father who Ive been living with that never got resolved and I had to just keep going.
Its about how the subconscious mind gets programmed for certain behaviors based on repetitive messaging which exploits our need to belong to the popular group/tribe. Media is a vehicle for this subconscious programming featuring many movies, tv shows and cartoons spreading images of excessive alcohol and coffee consumption, spreading messages of weak men, etc.
Its about how the subconscious mind gets programmed for certain behaviors based on repetitive messaging which exploits our need to belong to the popular group/tribe. There is a big section about how coffee drinking has been programmed into people in media. He breaks down a movie and there is an absurd amount of references to coffee, one being a girl watching "Friends" on her ipad and they are in a famous coffee shop in the show and the girl asks her parents if she can visit that coffee shop, just to name one reference. A crazy amount of effort has been put into embedding these images in movies, same goes for alcohol and "weak male" characters in shows, cartoons and movies. Highly recommend checking it out
Was never a fan of them or their album covers, but recently discovered "Papua New Guinea" and thats my kind of jam. What are some introductory tracks you would recommend to someone new to them?
Ive heard it takes a few months or longer. Is that true? Why is it so difficult? Whats the best way to hasten the process?
Just had antibiotics for a failed root canal, which didnt help. Wondering if in the future I could use a natural remedy that doesnt nuke the good bacteria in my gut
Im curious what affects youre noticing and how its impacting your caffeine elimination/reduction journey
