I’ve used vaginal hormonal birth control rings for over 10 years now.
I missed replacing the new ring after my week long “period” for a couple of days while it was refilled at my pharmacy. I am now in a lot of discomfort that I can tell is coming directly from my uterus being painful - it is actually tender to the touch.
What is causing this? I know missing birth control can cause spotting and cramping but this isn’t normal period cramps, my actual uterus is so painful I can feel it when I walk and will get a sharp pain if I sit down too hard (like if I plop down on the couch).

If I am to purchase from a breeder, what do I look out for to confirm they are ethical and taking good care of their frogs?

My sister returned to work today and they immediately fired her stating that corporate eliminated her position. I know Texas is an at will state but I thought companies had to have some kind of job for employees returning from medical leave.

Edit: when I say they eliminated her position I mean that they eliminated HER position within the role that they still kept 2 other employees on for.
