Nani’s house is more than just a building; it’s a place full of feelings since my Nana passed away three years ago. Time has gone by, and Nani’s house doesn’t feel the same anymore. Hardly anyone asks about my degrees, achievements, or even my job. even before meeting me in person, they have already demanded that they want someone who can cook three times a day and take care of the house..When I mentionedthat I want to continue working after marriage, many dismiss it because it’s a private job and say, “You can work if you want,” as if my career isn’t important. Some have even expected my father to provide a car before meeting me or my family.
I can cook, drive, clean, travel alone, and take care of myself, but it’s disappointing that these conversations rarely focus on compatibility, personality, values, or mutual respect. And in this paid collaboration, he was making fun of a biology teacher and the reproduction chapter, like what the hell.

I’m F25 Weight 100kgs, For the last 6 months, my periods have been coming on time every month, but the bleeding has reduced drastically. Earlier, they lasted 4–5 days with a healthy flow; now they’re only 1–1.5 days, and even on the first Night of my periods my pad is barely half-filled. I also have very mild cramps now. I consulted a gynecologist and had an Full Stomach ultrasound everything, including my ovaries, was normal and Healthy except for fatty liver and Thyroid that I already had..I am overweight, so I’m wondering if that could be the reason. Has anyone experienced this or found out the cause?🩸

After 15 days at Karma by Satvik Fitness, I have mixed opinions.
The positive side is that the gym itself is excellent. The ambience is great, the machines are modern and well-maintained, and the overall environment looks premium. That’s definitely a big plus.
However, my experience with the trainers has been very disappointing. I paid around **₹4,000 for a one-month membership.**During the first 4–5 days, the trainer guided me, checked my weight and BMI, and shared the report with me. After that, he mainly encouraged me to purchase a Personal Training (PT) package. Since my goal is simply fat loss and I couldn’t justify paying extra, I declined.
From that point onward, I barely received any guidance. I was often left to figure out exercises on my own. If accidentally I’m performing exercises incorrectly, yet the trainers didn’t correct me. In fact, another gym member helped me understand how to use certain machines properly.
There was even a day when I was eating a banana before my workout,another gym user Boy told me it might not suit my calorie goals.
I also noticed other newcomers performing exercises incorrectly without any attention from the trainers. Many times, the trainers seemed occupied chatting with each other, using WhatsApp, watching reels, or doing their own workouts instead of assisting members.
Another issue is that when I visit in the Afternoon most ACs are Closed but that’s Fine because then people are less
Overall, the infrastructure and equipment deserve high marks, but the lack of basic guidance for regular members especially after declining PT has been disappointing. I don’t expect one-on-one attention all the time, but I do expect trainers to correct form and provide basic assistance when needed.
Atleast a Month of Guidance because i already told them before this is the First time I’m stepping inside a Gym
