Took barely 5 mins to mix ingredients and about 20 mins in the microwave-oven’s convection mode. Would take maybe half the time in a proper convection oven.

Not sure if this is a bug or a language question.
However, this is not the first time that I’ve found a wrong pronunciation in Japanese, for example は pronounced as “ha” instead of “wa”.
I am really hoping there’s a proper explanation to this, because I feel like Duolingo is getting me super confused, impacting learning of the language.

Yesterday two boys were throwing stones at this dog named Babulal in the building compound. I ran down to catch the boys. It was quite funny. They ran towards the dog. The dog happened to run towards me. And the boys bumped into me because I stood as a physical barrier.
After that, mein ne unka counselling kiya. Ended it with a dog introduction and pat session. Look at all the good boys- 2 legged and 4 legged- today.
The first picture is of a boy wanting to rename Babulal as Pyaar, and requested a photo making a 🫶 on him.
The second photo is of the boys who transformed into dog lovers within one conversation. Hats off for their kind hearts and willingness to understand that dogs are our friends. They gathered a young army to pet Babulal today.
Hans has inflamed gums. Samples taken for biopsy. Also a persistent wound on his side has been sutured:
Rs. 18200 for biopsy and suturing the wound.
We had spent ~Rs. 24000 on his dental extractions last year, and another ~ Rs.27000 for another cat Dawood.
I had borrowed money for Hans’ recent surgery. From my last post on Reddit I’ve raised Rs. 1271. Extremely grateful to the donors.

Hi all, I’m reaching out for help with vet bills for Hans, a DSH cat (8M, neutered)
Last year Hans had severe gingivitis and needed urgent dental extractions. That cost us ₹23,700 and ₹2400 for Blood tests.
Soon after, he developed a persistent wound on his side. We’ve been to 2 vets and tried betadine washes, Himax, Silverex, Placentrex, French green clay, and 3 e-collar (cone). He’d lose the collars outside and lick the wound at every chance. It would shrink, then flare up again.
Last week we saw a swollen, red mass on his gums. Vet suspected stomatitis. He was scheduled for surgery to biopsy the mass to rule out cancer and check what’s causing the inflammation.
Since he was under anaesthesia anyway, the vet also surgically sutured his side wound.
Costs so far for this round:
- Surgery + biopsy + wound suturing: ₹18,200
- Medicines from chemists: ₹409
I’ve borrowed money to cover this. Receipts attached.
Why I’m asking:
I also care for other strays. I spent ₹25,100 earlier for another cat Dawood’s dental extractions and ₹2,900 for blood work.
Two more cats, Gotya and Murugan, urgently need dental scaling/extractions. But I’m in debt and had to put their treatment ON HOLD. An Estimate for their procedures is approximately ₹15,000.
Unofrtunately, I lost my job last September. I am a student at the University of Mumbai and I am looking for a job. Currently I have no income and have spent all savings.
If I can raise the ₹18,200 for Hans’s current bills and repay what I borrowed, I can start raising funds for Gotya and Murugan next.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to raise funds for dental surgery for two cats in Mumbai. They’re in significant pain from severe dental issues/gum inflammation and the vet has recommended extractions and scaling.
What the vet said: (Screenshot attached)
- Can’t give exact estimate until seeing the cats, but for full mouth extractions it’s up to ₹5,000 per cat + stay
- Post-operative Boarding at the clinic is ₹500/day
- Cats will need to stay 3-5 days post-surgery, longer if gum inflammation is bad
- If it’s only 1-2 teeth, cost will be lower
For 2 cats, I’m estimating around ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 total to cover surgery + boarding + meds + travel

We happened to spot this kid near a bike repair shop. And petted him. We were there for less than 5 mins. This doggo and his sister-looking-doggo followed us while leaving. Such sweet sweet babies. 🥰
