My current PC works well, but it does crash on higher-end games lately. I had it built by a friend in 2020. I was wondering if it was worth spending 2k for a new prebuilt now, since the prices of components alone have skyrocketed. It doesn't seem like prices will ever go back the way they were.

I recently had one of my molars removed due to tooth decay, and I couldn't afford a root canal. All was well for about 6 months until recently, when I noticed my wisdom tooth on the upper corner was erupting.

I've been letting it grow for the past few weeks to see where it would end up, and so far there is no pain. I can feel the edges coming out, but I don't know if it will turn or erupt in an impacted way. I'm hoping it'll replace the molar that was extracted months prior.

My question is whether or not I should let it keep growing or get it extracted, and if there is a telltale way of knowing if this wisdom tooth is going to be impacted.

For context, I live with my Dad and my Stepmom. We usually have laundry days on Fridays, and we hang most of our clothes in the garage on a rack to dry. Then my stepmom sorts everything and puts it out in baskets in the hallway for me to collect. My stepmom doesn't have a job, so she's home all the time.

To start, about two weeks ago my sister and I were thrifting and I found the perfect pair of Levi jeans; wide-leg with the perfect amount of rise. I was excited to wear them, but I always make sure to wash anything I buy before wearing them, so I went ahead and put them in the laundry basket for laundry day.

Fast forward to last week, I noticed my stepmom put my bin with my laundry out, but the pants were missing. I was guessing that due to the wide leg, they were taking a bit longer to dry, so I didn't think much of it until today.

I just remembered about those jeans, so I asked my Dad if he had seen them, but he said it's probably mixed up in their closet, so I could take a look. I went ahead and looked and indeed found the jeans I thrifted about two weeks ago, same size, wash, everything. So I took it to my room.

It wasn't even 10 minutes later when my Dad called me back to his room and told me my stepmom said that they are the pants she bought from her home country. Which confused me, because they were the exact pants I thrifted, and I know this.

However, she said that they were hers, and we took a minute talking about it, which led to my Dad being confused and me being a little upset about situation. I kept asking questions like, are they this size? and stuff like that.

It was a lot of back and forth for about 10 minutes until I flipped the pants and noticed stitching on the bottom. The thing that I noticed is that she didn't mention the stitching to me at all until I pointed it out. She kept saying things like, yeah I had them stitched when I bought them.

My dad kept saying if we had the same jeans, there should be two of them, but of course I couldn't find them anywhere. Looked in every spot my jeans would be, but nowhere. I texted my sister to see if she had them, but she told me she didn't.

I've just about had it and decided to just let her have them because I know for a fact they were mine, but I don't want to cause a scene. I sat in my room feeling so defeated. I know those jeans were mine, but I had no way of proving it. My dad then came into my room and showed me there was sharpie with her name on it on the inside, proving that it was hers.

Now I'm thinking, why didn't she point that out first? Why didn't she point out that she had hers shortened and stitched? I had came up with this theory that with all that free time she has, she could've easily came up with a fake story about how they are hers. She wanted them so badly she'd go through the lengths to have it or whatever. Right now I believe she gaslight me into believing that they are hers, and made me look bad in front of my dad or whatever.

I'm just so upset about this situation, I've looked around my room and even asked my sister to check again but nothing. AITAH for believing I'm being gaslight by my stepmom instead of believing that those jeans are actually hers?

Hello everyone, I just purchased a pair of Focal Clear MG's for $700.

I've read a few horror stories of the headband snapping and people having to swap drivers onto an Aliexpress headband. I've just purchased a Capra strap and am currently using a headband cover. I'm just a little worried about this problem possibly occurring to me in the future.

I'd like to ask how you Focal Clear MG owners, handle and use your headphones. Do you put them back in the case after usage or leave them on a headphone stand? Are any parts of the headphones showing wear? What are some things I should do to prevent any possible damage?

I've been eyeing the Focal Clear MG for a bit now. I currently own a DT 1990 PRO at the moment.

I just found a local listing for for $700, and I was wondering if it's worth the jump. I don't want to make a huge impulse purchase. Or should I stay with my DT 1990 Pros, as some say they have a similar sound?

I didn't notice the buyer was the same person until after I created the label and packaged the item.

I didn't get any messages from them asking for combined shipping. I already packaged and labeled the first time, I was going to drop it off today.

I now have two labels and two packaged items for the same address. Do I just drop them both off? Or should I refund the buyer a partial refund for shipping? Again, I never received any messages regarding combined shipping.
