Just moved north after spending 10 years in FL. Looking to meet someone who my interests and future plans might align with.

I'm 46, kinda introverted, liberal AF. Zero kids, never married, and debt free. I throw out lots of one liners and love to joke and laugh. Work in automotive so I'm pretty handy. I think I've been fortunate and still look like I'm in my 30s. I'm 5'8 bout 170 pounds. Been on a mission recently to drop some weight and have lost about 25lbs in the last 90 days. Havent had a drink in 10 years. I am very 420 friendly.

Interests include cars(VW/Audi), motorcycles, going for walks, watching comedy podcasts. Love music. Was a big hip hop head but now I'm all over the place. I can go from listening to rap artists to bands like HYBS, Leisure, Two Another. Artists like Roosevelt, Satin Jackets, to some old school RnB like Babyface.

Love to travel, have seen some cool places, and hope to see some more sooner than later. I'm currently in the process of getting a new passport. I would love to travel through Europe and Asia. A dirt bike tour through Thailand is for sure in my to do list. My ideal vibe though is on an island somewhere under a palm tree.

Company got bought out by a big national company. Their transition team came in , had 1 on 1 meetings with us all. Get told Im getting some money on day 1 and more after 90 days and will recieve offer letter in 48 hours. Today 3 weeks later, and 3 days before takeover they have everyone on boarding in 1 room. Read my offer letter and the money I was told I was getting wasn't on there. I question it, get told they dont do that ,and that I'm basically making things up. If I was I would have made up a much bigger number than $1000. After some back and forth with the lead HR lady she shuts the laptop and tells me I might here from them. I said cool I'm going to lunch. Then get told upon return by my current boss I gotta sign or else.

These companies truly suck. Verbally say shit ,don't follow thru. Have 5 employees in 1 room reading offer letters and saying how much people are making outloud. Then while I'm talking to my boss about it other people are over hearing, and decide to start involving themselves in the conversation telling me that shit I was told in my 1 on 1 that they weren't a part of was incorrect cuz they didn't get that same promise. So ridiculous.

Was told this morning that all of us in the shop will be terminated and forced to sign papers stating so prior to Caliber taking over at the end of the month. Then it is up to Caliber to rehire us. Caliber hasn't been communicating with us at all. We were supposed to recieve emails 48 hours after meeting with them and it's been almost 3 weeks, nothing but crickets. The takeover is at the end of next week. Anyone know what's going on cuz I dont plan on signing shit.

Moved out of state but plan on coming back this winter. Card expires next month. Can I still renew it even though I'm living out of state at the moment and gave up my FL drivers license?

I try to find happiness but struggle. I seem to be angry about everything. The minute something goes sideways I lose my cool and meltdown. Work causes enormous amounts of stress, doesn't matter the job, the world around me, the people around me. I dont like to talk and when I do it's always complaining about work or some other shit thats gotten on my nerves. I was on medication for years, recently cut that out. I've been walking and exercising regularly but I'm still stuck in this horrible cycle. Help!

Mid 40s, single, no kids, debt free, dont own a home and don't want one, working a miserable job and ready to run far far away from everything. I thought buying motorcycle might be the answer but it wasn't.

I'm here trying to put Chinese parts on a brand new BMW cuz these cheap ass companies can't buy OEM parts. 2 days now trying to get this shit to fit. Now i get to send parts back for a second time for poor fitment. Way to help the customer get their car back. Unreal. Don't even get me started about putting junkyard parts on new cars too.

I work on cars all day. When it comes to my own I'm friggen over it and it's the last thing I want to touch. In the past year I've replaced my turbo, all piping, replaced my intake manifold, plugs, coils, pcv shit, heater core. Now I got an oil leak on my personal car. Ruining the driveway. Involves pulling both timing covers, removing the pulley, etc. I want nothing to do with it and Im thinking bout paying someone else to do it. Anyone else out there paying someone else to work on their car?

Most of my money gets spent on weed, eating out, and motorcycle shit. How bout you?
