It's from the movie Elio, the post credit scene. It's trying SO hard to be funny. It was clearly made by Pixar just so "see guys? Don't you find this funny? Doesn't it make you want to watch our dumb movie?" I'm still seeing this BS today, and it's been over a year since the movie was made. Best way I can describe it, is a corporate meme. Made by a corporation to seem 'hip and funny' it's on the same level as minion memes.

The stand can manifest in 2 different ways. Think of the 2nd one as an evolution of the stand

1. large and in the sky, a giant rainbow in straight zig-zagging patters.

2.covering the user, in a hermit purple like fashion, zig-zagging rainbows that can conceal the user.

the 1st form is visible to anyone, stand users and non-stand users alike, and anyone who views this is put in this dream like state of nirvana and bliss, where their biggest dream or desire is visualized, making them believe they've achieved it. Those infected by this stand would gain the migraine like symptoms, having a Kaleidoscope vision.

the 2nd form is a more precise version of the first form; with this form being called 「Facing Future」, with this being a reference to IZ's album of the same name. What this evolution does, is instead of merely visualizing the dreams, it will now carve a path for the user to actually make their desire come true. So, for example, if the user really wants some food, the stand will make a path towards the closest shop, or if the user really wants to kill a guy, the stand may create a weapon or something. It won't actively make the dream come true, but instead make it possible to achieve.

I thought it would be an awesome stand for a villain, beating the main cast with "he he pretty colours" would be funny
side note; writing this made me realize it's a lot like achieving requiem if it was a stand...

By part 3 these bands were 100% known, so would Joseph freak out over the names?
