Dermasil oat toner reaction
Did anyone else seem to have a reaction to this? I woke up with some random red areas. The ingredients look like just a bunch of soothing stuff so it's kind of odd that happened

I'm really curious what nail products are good at this store because they have a pretty good selection. Also are there any I should steer clear of? lol I'm wondering about any nail-related products even just nail clippers, files, etc.
Which Laura represents you? Or post your own fun picture lol
Anyone housesitting find a lot of the beds are uncomfortable? They're like sleeping on a rock. lol Not literally that bad, but it's hard having no cushiness. I keep forgetting about that when I agree to housesit. I miss my bed so much. 😭
I've been trying makeup lately and my dollar tree has some pretty colors that seem nice for autumns. Excited to try these out.
The heart-shaped blush at the bottom is something I already had. Called "hello y'all" and it's such a nice soft warm color. And it has zero sparkle which is what I prefer.
The one in the bag is a lipstick from Flower Beauty. Not sure what it's doing at dollar tree but happy to try it out
Have you guys tried any of these and did you like them?
I can't help but laugh at Laura getting so freaked out about the bugs when she opens Elmer's nature study. Laura was an outdoorsy, nature-loving tomboy. Would her personality really change this much? As soon as she got married and started wearing her hair in a bun she turned into someone else. lol
I'm 33 and started going back to the dentist every 6 months since age 29. Last year at my new dentist I got around 12 fillings. This year they have found more cavities.
Since this time my dental routine is really good aka floss at least every night, brush when I wake up and before bed with electric toothbrush, use clinpro toothpaste. I've had a lot of cavities between the teeth even though I've been great about flossing at least once a day. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months as well.
My diet is pretty good and I guess healthy? I mostly drink water. I usually have tofu or eggs for breakfast with sourdough toast, piece of fruit, green tea (I read it is good for teeth too), sandwich or wrap for lunch, some kind of protein starch and veg for dinner, yogurt with chocolate chips fruit and flaxseed for a dessert. Lower sugar protein bars as a snack at work.
I'm wondering if I should go on some major dental diet (I've seen some books about this). I do sometimes use xylitol mints or gum. But last time I did it after every meal or snack it gave me digestive upset.
I take vitamin D but other than that my blood work has been normal. I do get digestive issues sometimes. My dentist doesn't really give advice beyond flossing and brushing. lol
Is there anything else I can do?
I don't relish the idea of getting my teeth drilled every year.
tldr: Wondering how to stop getting cavities besides what I do already aka brushing twice a day with prescription toothpaste, flossing before bed, using xylitol gum and seeing the dentist every 6-12 months
Preferably drugstore. lol I got one today from L.A. colors and it is so strong. xD And I think cool-toned? Definitely BRIGHT. Great for Halloween or something.
I just wanted to try having a red lip for July 4. :(
I'm single and live with my parents. Always felt like it would be cool to try to WWOOF since someone on reddit told me about it a few years ago.
Do you think it is safe? Any suggestions on how to be safe about it?
I've worked at people's houses getting paid before like when I petsit, but I've never stayed unpaid on someone's property doing work for them while they are there.
I think it would be cool to learn farming techniques, be around cute animals and eat delicious farm fresh food. At the same time I'm a little nervous about it and don't want to have rose-colored glasses.
Does WWOOF even background check people? It sounds like at a lot of the locations you get pretty close to them even eating dinner together or living inside their own house. Some of them say they have poor phone reception as well.
P.S. I'm interested in doing it nearby to start rather than halfway across the world.
I'm wondering if it's the weather or something else? I come home from work and notice my cheeks and nose look red. Also my Korean sunscreen stings my face lately. It's kind of frustrating. I could try to use mineral sunscreen again, but it is drying which is also annoying.
A lot of pages I follow make these to share events. It must be really easy to do, but it looks so generic. I guess I understand the usefulness of it if someone is really bad with technology and would have trouble making their own flyer, but I have a hard time believing that's everyone.
Seems like people are just lazy. lol Even my local county fair used AI to make their event ads on Facebook. It's a way smaller fair, but still...couldn't they find someone to make a cute ad for them that's not AI slop?
edit: I guess a better word would be flyers not ads
Most of the posts are just people showing off and posting selfies. Feels like a narcissistic community and makes me not want to be a part of it
I joined a meetup group and am going on a guided trip for a few hours. Is it weird I'm just bringing myself? lol I don't have many friends and no one wanted to come
Also does anyone have advice for a newbie? It will be class II and III which I read is pretty mild
So recently I had a cavity on my tooth that already had a root canal about 4 years ago so my dentist removed my crown and ended up doing two fillings on this tooth because they found another cavity that wasn't on the x-ray. They are also getting me a brand new crown.

I'm just wondering if this is common and if I can easily get more fillings if I got a cavity again on this tooth. I guess I wonder because there has already been so much tooth removed. But everything went fast and smoothly at the appointment and they seemed happy.

Anyway they have been finding new cavities on random teeth in my mouth even though I brush and floss and use prescription toothpaste. I go to the dentist religiously now after neglecting it in my teens and early 20s.
Has anyone else stopped and noticed this? The dumbed down reels on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Like today I go on Instagram and see some dermatologist I followed at some point. Their page is a bunch of reels where they are pointing at words and dancing. Who started this trend? It's like influencers see us as a bunch of dummies. I'm not sure how best to explain it. I really appreciate the pages I follow that actually talk to viewers like intelligent beings and take the time to leave detailed information! Anyway I know the people doing silly reels are just having fun, but it's also annoying to me sometimes.
After he complimented me it just made me smile more lol
She was so cute about it too. "Not to be rude or anything but you smell good." lol Kind of made my day. Perfume is fun to wear

It's full of so many ads, reels and pages I don't even follow. 😭 I hardly even talk to my Facebook friends. I just look at all this random stuff I didn't intend to
