Barrel-aged LITTLE TWIN STARS (2025)

Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels (Willett, Buffalo Trace, Weller, and Heaven Hill) for 48 to 50 months and conditioned on loads and loads of coconut and (Ivory Coast) cacao nibs.

15.5% ABV

Picked up a couple of Omega OEM straps. Bummer that the rubber strap wouldn’t fit my Seamaster 2254.50 (Peter Blake), so I ended up going with the NATO instead. I know it can be done, but the boutique didn’t want to force it. I’ll eventually grab the rubber strap and either use curved spring bars or carefully Dremel down the small rubber lip that interferes with the fit.
That said, the rubber strap on the Speedmaster is absolutely chef’s kiss. Now I might as well pick up the OEM mesh bracelet too. Can’t wait, but need to recover a bit and enjoy these two straps first. 😅

My new Father’s Day acquisition: an Omega Speedmaster. It’s my second Omega, the first being my Omega Seamaster 2254.50, which I purchased 19 years ago. I couldn’t be happier with these two Omegas, they’ll be staying in my collection for a very long time.
