Daughters of Khaine (26 Non-Lord/Hero Units. 36 Units in total.)
Sorry if I was a bit late on this one. But the Daughters of Khaine, a fan-favorite that continues to surprise people! Kind of surprised how many units I got this one.
With that said, Morathi-Khaine & Shadow Queen are the main LL of Daughters of Khaine. You did not misread it, they are two characters-in-one. Morathi-Khaine is the beautiful, diplomatic, ruler half of Morathi's soul. While the Shadow Queen is the monstrous, deceiving shadow half of Morathi's soul. And in the tabletop, you have to take both of them. Because they are both Morathi, if one of them dies, the other also dies. But also keep in mind, Shadow Queen is kind of an overpowered monster of a unit and Morathi-Khaine is a powerful spellcaster. So it's kind of balanced. In a Total War concept, I'd imagine Morathi-Khaine would be the main LL and Shadow Queen would either be a hero unique to Morathi-Khaine or a unique summon. And for secondary LL, the obvious contender is Krethusa the Croneseer, the main Morai-Heg representative, represents more traditional Khainite worshippers who reject Morathi as their god. She's a really cool character that further diversified the Daughters of Khaine themes.

Mawtribes Trailer - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqPyKGgpFRM
At 1:07, there's another unit teased for Ogor Mawtribes.
How would you feel about Fire Emblem Shadows getting the mobile-to-console remake treatment? I think Fire Emblem Shadows' concept of "trust no one" could have a lot more potential if it was remade to be a somewhat more traditional Fire Emblem game, set on a grander battlefield scale.
Absolve... you mean rescue, right? Right?
Celestial Vindicators. They'd rather become vessels of hatred and worship the 12 Runefangs than go to therapy.

Lumineth Realm-Lords (28 Non-Lord/Hero Units. 45 Units in total.)
It was kind of hard to decide on who to choose as the starting LL, either Teclis or Lyrior Uthralle, Tyrion's right-hand aelf.
Ultimately decided on Teclis as his story so far is so interesting that some people joke he's AoS Guilliman because of the burdens of responsibilities making him, a once young adventurer, into a slightly more colder person. In AoS, the roles of Teclis & Tyrion from Old World have more-or-less been switched. Tyrion has calmed down a lot since the End Times and is described as the more compassionate and chill one of the twins now thag he's turned away from governing high society. He now leads his militaries in expeditions and patrols, more-or-less the closest thing to retirement for Tyrion. Tyrion's positon is the Lord-Phoenix, the de jure ruler of the Lumineth, and he gave Teclis his blessing to govern the Lumineth nations as he sees fit, acting as the de facto ruler. Yes, Teclis is now the one governing high society. And so far, Teclis is doing a pretty good job. Nations have been split into Teclisian nations which have an scholarly Athens theme and Tyrionic nations which have an athletic Spartan/Macedon theme. Teclis has put in a lot of policies and controls to avoid an AoS Sundering. Slaanesh is imprisoned (for now...). Teclis is more-or-less neutral with Malerion (though it's hinted Tyrion is in conflict with Malerion). Aelves are encouraged to be less perfectionists and more humble to other races. The population is booming. Diplomacy between the Lumineth and the other races are at an all time high. And Eltharion yeeted Arkhan into outerspace. Don't worry Arkhan fans. Arkhan always comes back. The Lumineth are essentially the High Elves in their golden age.
That said, they are still missing some units. Chariots & Phoenixes are expected to be future units. Fans are expecting some more Tyrionic units, more warrior-focused units with less of the wizardy traits. Aelementors have more-or-less replaced dragons and it's missing a few, the main one being the Ydrilan Aelementor of River. Finally, some people are expecting more units from the Ydrilan (River) and Zenith (Light) caste. Ydrilan are implied to be damage-dealers and flankers based on the Riverblades who are patrolmen. But for Zenith, which is supposed to be peak light-themed units, there's not much lore or implications of what they could be. They are probably the biggest mystery as to what they could be for Lumineth.

I don't actually expect any of this to happen. A lot of it is just random fan talk.
That said, Eberron is an D&D setting that Arcanum fans may wanna look into.
Eberron is essentially D&D's premier steampunk setting where various nations are in a cold war. A lot of its adventures have a noir theme to it with lots of high stakes action. Its factions take some inspiration from Dune, and similar to Arcanum, it asks how would magic look like if it was actually integrated into everyday infrastructure and technologies. It's not Dark Sun's level of bleak but the setting can have its grimdark moments. Another way I could loosely describe it, imagine if Arcanum, Dune and Tyranny had a baby with a dash of detective noir films and the dark humor of Outer Worlds, it'd probably look like Eberron.
Anyways got me thinking who could be the dream team behind a potential CRPG adaptation. And if Obsidian Entertainment could work on one D&D setting, Eberron or Dark Sun could be really fun choices to let their creativity out. And Tim Cain, who was really committed to the worldbuilding of Arcanum and Outer Worlds, could be a really great choice for an Eberron CRPG project. Eberron could be in many ways be the spiritual sequel to Arcanum as well. Although, if memory recalls from one of his videos, I'd imagine Tim Cain would want to work on an original IP than someone else's IP. With that said, whaddaya think?
A while back, I made a post about how Assassin's Creed Hexe should combine murder mysteries with the dark origins of fairytales and ghost stories.
At this point, I'm just hoping murder mysteries return at all. They were some of the best side-content in Unity and Syndicate. And Hexe's setting is too perfect for murder mystery side missions. Imagine a witch trying to protect her loved ones and hearing that the witch-hunters and templars are not the only ones she has to fear, but mysterious culprits lurking in the big city, the countryside taverns, or deep in the dark forests, responsible for strange disappearances and murders that leaves even the most eagle-eye of investigators dumbfounded. And this witch has to use the tools of an Assassin to investigate the areas and the alchemy-herbal knowledge of a witch (essentially medieval forensics), assuming they're going for a more realistic portrayal, to further look into the clues.
Gather around Ranger & Druid enthusiasts.
There is tale of a CRPG that will let you live out your Ranger & Druid roleplay desires. Complete with unique fae and wilderness focused features that cannot be properly fulfilled to its fullest potential in its much better CRPG successor, Wrath of the Righteous.
That is Pathfinder: Kingmaker and the class of Ranger & Druid are easy-to-use classes that become some of the deadliest in the late game... if the legends are twueeeee... just ask Ekunyado...
Ah but before you go out on your quest to play Kingmaker... I must warn you. There is a curse to this game. It is somewhat annoyingly glitchy and a good chunk of issues have yet to be fixed due to publisher issues. But if you're willing to fulfill your grand desires of roleplaying a ranger or druid crossing into an near-empty wilderness full of the supernatural fae and horrors, ghost towns, beautiful sites untouched by man, tons of ancient relics of a bygone era, Kingmaker's roleplay experience of becoming an Ranger & Druid is king...
Some would even dare say that it is an experience that few other CRPGs can compete with.
Pretty good choice I think. For 40k, the starting character is Malum Caedo from Boltgun.
Warhammer Survivors Demo Link - https://store.steampowered.com/app/3669620/Warhammer_Survivors/
Probably just a coincidence.
Sometimes Warhammer videogame devs subtly tease their next project without outright saying it by laying out an oddly specific mini during devtalks. Total War Warhammer devs does this a lot.
The AoS clanrat mini above is likely just a nod to Fatshark's love for Skaven. But some fans suspect it's a hint towards Fatshark working on a Skaventide game set in the Age of Sigmar setting.
