Water filter for water that tastes like Chlorine?

I have been thinking about getting a water filter for my flat because I have noticed that my tap water tastes a lot like chlorine and has a metallic taste. I have noticed that tea made from filtered water just tastes better. I am confused between getting a counterop filter and a faucet-mounted one or maybe just purchase a brita jug that I can fill with water and then I could use just that, but not sure if it would get rid of the chlorine taste?

I actually became aware of this when I went to a friends house and they made tea with filtered water that just tasted so much better. I want to purchase from a company that has a warranty so that if something happens I can get a refund with no problem, I am thinking if I purchase from a third-party seller like alibaba or amazon then I may not have a warranty on it.

Where can I find 3 hole pre punched paper in the UK?

I am looking for pre-punched 3 hole paper in the UK and I was surprised that it actually seems harder to find than what I had thought. I thought it would be commonly found because so many people use binders and folders in the UK but its actually something you can't find so easily. But maybe you can find it in a office stationery store that I am not aware of so was wondering if anyone could recommend an online site or store where I can purchase from.

I have been looking hole punchers that actually work but I am thinking this is just a more better and easier to do than to look for quality hole punchers. I have been looking at sites like Temu, aliexpress and alibaba to purchase wholesale amounts of office supplies to see if I can find it but I think its better I just buy from a local shop so I can be sure of the quality of the paper. My boss is anal and she will hit the roof if the paper is crappy.

Need quality hole punchers?

I work in the admin department of a hair salon and was wondering about new technology when it comes to hold punchers. Ours just don't work and area really frustrating when we need to punch documents to put in different binders. Our owner is old and old school so she wants a paper trail of every single thing. We have to hole punch paper and put them in binders for every single transaction or other financial information, she doesn't trust computers or the internet for some reason.

I am going a little crazy because although its really easy to print out the paper and even create different documents like invoices, purchase orders, I use AI for that, I have to actually file all this stuff away and hole punch it. So I have tried a few different ones but all of them are crap, any suggestions from anyone and also any suggestions on how to get my boss to go 100% digital like the rest of the world? In the meantime please suggest UK office supply sites that actually sell quality items and now just purchasing in bulk from sites like alibaba or amazon but actually have tested the office equipment before they sell it.

3 hole punchers or 2 hole punchers?

I need to order a bunch of hole punchers and I have been dealing with a lot of really crappy ones lately. I want to make sure that the hole puncher will be efficient when it comes to making holes in the paper and I don't have to run it through it multiple times before I get a clean hole. I have been using the smaller two-hole punchers for a long time, but was thinking of getting the three-hole ones because they save a lot of time. I wanted to know how others dealt with using this kind of hole puncher and if it was easier to use a two hole puncher rather than a three one.

Also in the beginning they are really sharp and you can make holes really easy that are sharp and clean, but what about when they have been used a few times and the punching mechanism becomes dull. What can you do to sharpen them, I have seen a bunch sold in bulk quantities on site like aliexpress, office depot, alibaba, and amazon but I want to purchas somemthing that I won't regret purchasing. Any recc's?

Can a power modular supply help organize power cables at workstation?

I work at the front desk of a salon and recently we had an issue with all of the cabling getting jumbled up and our computer getting unplugged so I recently started looking into modular power supplya accessories because the cable situation has become a complete mess. I have a lot of different things going on around like card machines, appointment tablets, ring lights etc and so I need something that can just organize all of these cables.

Would a modular power supply thing be able to do that? I think it will allow the cables to be organized in a cleaner and more organized manner. I understand that a lot of these systems will allow you to route different cables through one organized power setup instead of having seperate adapters all over the place. Does it help to reduce the clutter and make maintaenance easier.

Dry sauna for skin procedures?

I am looking at ways to combine skin services with a dry sauna setup for a salon I work at, because my boss thinks this could be a good idea and go along with some of the services we offer. She initially wanted to install a spa tub and sauna room but I convinced her just to do the sauna part and do a dry sauna.

She recently saw a reel about a salon/spa offering facials and body skin procedures that involved customers sitting in dry saunas to purge the skin of toxins. Has anyone heard of this? Is this even a thing, usually we just put one of thoes steaming things to do that, but my boss is saying if we want to do a full body exfoliotion then this would be the most effective way and also save a ton of time because customers would go in for a short amount of time and get enough humid moisture to get the job done, I am not sold on this idea. I was just wondering if others have expierenced this at a salon they have gone to? I am just wondering if its a dry sauna if there is enough humidity?

Dry saunas, has anyone tried one of these or used one?

I have been looking at home and salon wellness setups lately because my boss wants to set up a sauna in the salon she runs. Someone mentioned dry sauna's and I had never heard of it before so I was intersested in learning more about this. Apparently the sauna is heated using dry air with very low humidity which would work great in our salon set up because we don't want a lot of humidity due to a lot of blow drys and different kind of hairstyles being done.

I checked online and found a few listings on sites like amazon and alibaba that sell these dry sauna's at very affordable rates, like it would be a alot cheaper to install this versus a real sauna. Also we don't want our customeres to feel uncomfortable by a lot of moisture inside which can happen if you have a water sauna. Traditional heated stones or electric heaters create the heat and not the humidity which could actually work for us. I just don't know anyone who has actually used it before and wanted to know if anyone has installed it if they could give some tips on how effective they are and would they work in smaller spaces?

What services could be clubbed with a sauna at a spa?

I am now at a point where I have convinced my boss that a hot tub would not be a viable option for the salon, she is still very persistent about having a sauna and says we have an extra room that would be the perfect space for it. Brief recap my boss wants to introduce a spa-like expierence in her salon and wanted to install spa tubs and sauna rooms.

The hot tub would require changing rooms and a lot of other things that may not finally convinced my boss not to go all in on the hot tub installation idea for our spa expansion, mostly because the maintenance, water treatment, and liability side sounded like a nightmare long term. we could offer or group together with the sauna experience.

So now we are trying to see how much it would cost to install a sauna and what kind of services could we offer or group together with the sauna expierence. We are also looking at installation cost and browsed through a few websites like alibaba and amazon that advertised different kinds of materials that could be used to line the sauna and whether that would be cheaper. I still not sold on this idea but but think it is more doable than a hot tub. Any idea of what kind of salon services could be clubbed together with an hour sitting in the sauna?

I am looking into getting an auto starter for my car that I just purchased and realized that I dont know the first thing about this. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2005 recently and want to get an auto starter for it so need a little bit of advice please. I know that it should be compatible to the kind of car I have, that is common sense. But what about build quality and brand reputation? What else do I need to look at? Maybe, wiring compatibility, and supplier reviews?

I also want to know where I can purchase items like these, I found some really reasonbly priced kits on sites like alibaba and remotestarters and another site I can't remember something like fruggo uk. I was just wondering how important is it that I get one so that it has a warranty intact? Will a third party site have a warranty, and how do I protect myself to make sure that there is not a problem with refund, exchange or replacement if required?

I want to purchase a remote autostarter for my car and want to knwo what would be better, should I purchase a kit myself from like a reasonbly priced site that sells autoparts like amazon, alibaba, or partsinmotion, or autodoc or should I go to a mechanic and have them install it? I mean, if I purchase one, is it something that needs to be installed, or can I do it myself?

Sorry if I sound a little stupid, but I am not a car person and dont know the first thing about them, so I just wondering? I want the system to work and not have to go back and spend money to get it repaired or anything. I just feel like a lot of cars have remote autostart and my friend who just bought car said any car can get it installed and its not a big deal? Is this true, or is there some major rewiring that needs to take place?
