Supposed to be finishing refinements soon to fix my bite but I fear it's made it worse?

I had a slight open bite when I finished my first round so my Ortho wanted to get everything perfect and did another 17 trays for refinements after my first initial 31 set. Now I'm due to finish in my next tray and I don't feel it as improved at all and now I'm getting very anxious/stressed and afraid they'll just tell me it'll "settle" when I stop wearing my trays.

Has anyone ended up with a bite similar to mine? :(

Examples of low acid diet/foods?

Do I have to cut fats out completely? Am I still allowed to have avacado, dairy free cheese, can I even cook my food in olive oil? What is the limit with this diet and how much do I need to reduce?

Can someone help me with snack or meal ideas?

I really miss coffee and I really miss snacks/cakes as my weekend treat. Has anyone found any helpful coffee alternatives or snack alternatives? Is banana bread even a safe food? What are you all eating that won't absolutely starve you

Endoscopy came back clear apart from mild inflammation

I'm at a loss, everything was okay apart from mild inflammation in my duodenitis part of the stomach where bioposies were taken ..but the specialist said on a scale of 1-10 , it was a 1. Of course, this makes me feel better! But also leaves me at a loss as well as what is causing stomach pain/reflux. It started as reflux but now has developed into discomfort and pain. The specialist said it's just the sensitive nerves in my stomach due to anxiety/stress, which is believe and maybe I just need to have patience and reduce my stress as much as possible.

My stomach seems to get upset at the most random things, for example - normal tea messes up but I had a matcha frappucino from Starbucks today cause my stomach felt on fire and it made my stomach instantly better with soy milk + cream. Someone pls help me make sense of this logic?! Lmao

The ordinary serum foundation shades?

Does anyone have any swatch examples they can show me at all? I'm desaturated neutral if that helps? Does this foundation run light enough for us pale folk?

Omeprazole or Famotidine?

Please no comments opposing either medication or telling me I don’t need them — I’m only considering a short trial to help things settle and heal. I also don't appreciate fear mongering in this subreddit against these medications when they exist to help people live their lives again and get some normality back. But I respect people's decision not to take medication either for their personal reasons which is why I hope to be respected as well.

I’m young, generally healthy, and not overweight, but I’m worried about losing more weight because I’ve had to cut back so much on fat and other foods. I’ve already tried dietary changes: plain foods like chicken, rice, carrots, oats, alkaline water, cutting caffeine, etc., but I’m still waking up with a sore throat and dealing with symptoms throughout the day, including a bad taste in my mouth.

My specialist has offered me the option of either medication, and I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have tried one or both. Did you find one worked better than the other? Were there any noticeable differences in side effects or effectiveness?

Thanks in advance.

Has anyone recovered from multiple doses of antibiotics?

I've had a lot of antibiotics in the past (multiple courses within a month) and I'm afraid it's now catching up to my gut and has damaged it permanently.

I'm at a complete loss

I struggled with a lot of anxiety and stress which I fear has triggered my stomach issues and has made it worse. It started off with occasional reflux to reflux all the time and now I'm experiencing constant feeling of being full, no matter what I eat or how small.

I wake up and I could still feel full, I thought it was due to being constipated since I don't go very often. Took laxatives one night, gave me a bit of diarrhoea but otherwise the full feeling went away - great! Until it came back the next day.

I'm trying to eat protein, healthy fats and fibre but nothing seems to change it ):

I'm waiting for my endoscopy but I am so so scared I won't go back to how I was. I miss food since I've cut out a lot and I miss my morning coffee. I am severely depressed and anxious, I have zero energy no matter how much I sleep!

People with symptoms - did you experience reflux?

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with me, I keep going from acid reflux, gerd, gastritis, hernia or gallbladder. I've never experienced like this before, reflux has gotten 10x worse which I've never experienced. At the start of it, I had bright yellow stool, now I'm constantly constipated with yellow like mucus on my stool. My stomach can't handle fatty foods, I'm now down to either eggs, chicken, cereal or oatmeal. I can't drink water without feeling feeling full, I have upper abdominal pain just below where my bra sits. The doctor said I felt tender around there..I'm waiting for my ultrasound and endoscopy but I've never went through this and I'm very scared..

Meal ideas, really struggling to find anything that doesn't give me reflux

I've eating scrambled eggs, sourdough, apples, banana, chicken, fish, rice and porridge. But salmon gave me the worse reflux episode last night, and now I'm at a loss because I can't tell whether oatmeal is also making it worse? I also read scrambled eggs are really bad for reflux, I can't tell what's my trigger and what isn't.

So my reflux is probably caused by my genetics and I love food so much. Please tell me it gets better?

I saw a specialist who has basically said it sounds like genetics considering both sides of my family unfortunately have reflux. He asked about my diet and mentioned it was healthy enough. He is thankfully doing an endoscopy, ultrasound sound of my stomach and MRI scan of my kidney? Kind of nervous but I am these are being done. But he questioned why I didn't want to go on PPI or any other reflux meds because he said it's about the quality of life, and plenty of healthy people are on these meds for a long time without issues. He also said it sounds like anxiety and stress is my source, and the receptors in my stomach can be very sensitive at the moment.

I am a young female, healthy, eat healthy and I feel at a loss. I enjoy food, I love coffee (have been drinking this for years without much issues) and I genuinely blame my stress/anxiety for triggering this. I have always had stomach issues from a young age, I've had a colonoscopy, and they found nothing luckily. But I figured it was just down to being diagnosed with IBS and my family not feeding me well as a child.

My dad was a chronic smoker and drinker, and had to be on PPI and drinking is what killed him so I can't ask him questions of any past family medical history. Now I have noticed a difference compared to when I'm off from work or working, and when I am focusing on my throat irritation or stomach..it does seem highly sensitive when I'm focused on these..so maybe my mind is making these symptoms worse with the mind and gut connection?

But sadly, I still wake up with bad breath and odd taste in my mouth which I've always put down to my tonsil stones but maybe it's more than that..anyway I'm ranting at this point and I love and miss my food.

I had a dental implant placed over 4 weeks - can I plan a long-haul holiday whilst healing?

I'm not planning a month trip till later this year (in October) just after I get my crown placed hopefully. Healing has been fine, but I don't know whether it's wise to plan a future trip in case anything were to happen although healing has been a breeze thankfully. I don't see anything possibly happening but my mind thinks a worse case scenario...

Help me decide between multi checkered Coachtopia or black checkered!

Multi checkered feels more unique/has more personality but afraid it'll clash with outfits, where the black checkered has more space but less unique...so difficult. But seeing the multi one, I think I love it more? And I think it'll be difficult to get again in the future.
