Need help building a private outreach database where contributors can add but not see the full list

I am building an influencer outreach database and need help setting it up properly in Airtable. Willing to pay for someone to build it.

I have 2-3 people who will each be adding hundreds or thousands of contacts. But I need to be the ONLY one who can see or export the full master list.

Contributors should be able to:

- Add new contacts
- Check if a contact already exists (just a "taken/available" result, without seeing other records)
- See only the records they personally added

They should NOT be able to view, export, copy, or duplicate the full database. This is the critical part. If I ever part ways with a contributor, they can't walk away with the whole email list.

Fields would be: handle, platform, niche, profile URL, email, added by, and some date columns.

My questions:

  1. Is this fully doable in Airtable (Interfaces, I assume)?
  2. What plan tier would I need?
  3. Can you guarantee contributors can't export or duplicate the data?

Is anyone experienced with exactly this? If so please DM me

Need help with a trademark for my meditation app

Solo founder, pre-launch meditation app — how do I trademark my name and what should it cost?

I'm the founder of a US-registered LLC (Wyoming), but I'm personally based in Canada. I've built a mobile meditation/wellness app that's about a month from launching on iOS and Android. The name is currently held on App Store Connect / Google Play and I've used it on TestFlight, but I know that doesn't give me real trademark protection.

I want to lock in the name before launch so no one can take it. A few things I'm trying to figure out:

  1. US vs Canada — since the LLC is US-based and my main market will be the US, does it make sense to file with the USPTO first, or should I also file in Canada (CIPO)? Can/should I do both?

  2. Classes — it's a subscription-based meditation app. I've read apps usually fall under Class 9 and Class 42. Is that right, and do I need both?

  3. Intent-to-use vs in-use — I'm pre-launch, so I'm assuming intent-to-use is the way to go. Anything I should know?

  4. Cost — the big one. What should I realistically expect to pay all-in? Government fees + attorney fees if I use one. Real flat-fee ranges people have paid would help. Also, how do office actions get billed?

  5. Do I even need a lawyer? Or is filing myself through TEAS reasonable for a straightforward word mark?

Any real numbers or gotchas appreciated. Thanks!

Privacy issues with Canadian Corporation

I opened a Canadian corporation for my digital business and you could find that I was the owner of the corporation with a simple google search. If you just typed in my name and last name in google it shows my business. I dont like this at all. Is there any way to have a Canadian corporation with some privacy? I dont want anyone who googles me to know my business.

Need help with CAN/US cross border taxes

Hey guys im in a really tight spot. Im Canadian and I missed my business tax filings. I really hope someone here can help guide me. Here is some info

I’m a Canadian resident and not a U.S. citizen.
I formed a Wyoming single-member LLC in July 2025 through Northwest Registered Agent and obtained an EIN without an SSN.
I’m the sole owner.
I had zero revenue in 2025 and still haven’t launched my app.
I opened a Mercury account but never used it except possibly a small verification deposit.
I now realize I may have confused my Wyoming annual report with my federal IRS filing and I’m almost certain I never filed anything for 2025.
I personally paid startup expenses (developer ect.) but the LLC earned no money.
My Apple Developer account under the LLC is now asking me to complete a W-9.
What federal filings would normally be required for my situation?
Is this something I can fix myself?
Do I need a CPA or is this simple enough to handle on my own?
Thanks.

(Take 2) Hiring voice actor for meditation app

- Second time posting this to give anyone who missed the auditions a chance to also audition.

Hello I am creating a meditation app and would like to hire someone to voice over my guided meditation scripts. My budget is around $30 per 10 minutes of finished recording.

- Must have a good quality sounding microphone.

- Please send me an audition via google drive link using the sample script below.

- Open to male/female. Preferably a neutral North American accent.

Sample Script -

Daily Anxiety Relief Meditation
Tone: Calm, gentle, reassuring

“Welcome to today's anxiety relief meditation.

Let's begin the session by taking a few slow, deep breaths, and breathing out fully.

One more.

Just take a moment to settle the body and get comfortable as best you can.

Let gravity pull you downwards, wherever you find yourself right now.

Try to loosen your face. Let go of the muscles in your cheeks, in your mouth, and in your forehead.

And allow that loosening to carry down through your neck, down your shoulders and your arms.

Allow your chest, your stomach, and your hips to all loosen.

And allow your legs, your calves, and your feet to all relax.

When it comes to anxiety, most people are always searching for a solution. Trying to get rid of it. Trying to find a different method that is finally going to remove their
anxiety.

But most of the time, the solution is in not doing anything at all. Not trying to get rid of it. Simply just by doing nothing.

For the rest of this session, let's just try doing nothing.
For the next 10 minutes, you are not trying to get rid of anxiety. You are not doing anything for your anxiety. You are simply just following the breath gently, and observing the present moment.

Just follow your breathing.

Watch as air enters and as air leaves your body, and just allow the entire body to relax.”

Hiring audio engineer for my meditation app

Hey there,

I'm building a meditation app and looking for an audio engineer to master voice over recordings to a consistent professional standard.

I have 5-6 short test clips from different narrators that need mastering to the same warmth and loudness level. After the test batch there are approximately 30 scripts that will need mastering on an ongoing basis.
Benchmark is Calm app or Headspace quality.
Ideally -16 LUFS, delivered as WAV files, warm and intimate sound with noise reduction and cleanup.

Please share examples of previous voice over or podcast mastering work. Comment below or DM me

Paying a Developer, how to audit his work as someone non technical?

Hello, I’ve had a Developer for some time now who is making my app with supabase, as I’m not a technical person, but I have a basic or very low level understanding of supabase. How can I audit his work and make sure everything is set up at least decently in the back end. Is there any way for me to know if the work hes done is good quality? He says its a commercial level app but I would love for me to be able to verify that while not being technical. How can I audit the backend and see if it’s done properly?

Where can I find someone to help design my logo for my app?

I am making a mobile app that has guided meditations that helps people with stress calm down. Its simple guided meditations. Its an app you open when you want to calm down, listen to some insights for mental health or do a meditation and even some guided sleep meditations.

I would ideally like to have a designer give me options for my icon and if I like what they make I would pay for the use of the icon and probably hire them for other design work on the app. Any suggestions? Feel free to DM if you think you can help out. Thanks.
