The build is housed in a pretty rare, niche SFF case that is no longer produced (I forgot the name of the company 🥲).

It is built like a tank from ultra-thick steel panels and features a heavy-duty integrated carrying handle.

Unlike most compact enclosures, its unique engineering allows it to fit full-sized enthusiast components while maintaining excellent direct airflow. The case alone cost like 150ish GBP I think.

My abs sorta look like straight lines rather than properly demarcated abdominal muscles?

Would getting even leaner make them more defined??? I’m already pretty small lol so not sure of I wanna cut…

It’s embarrassing to admit but I’ve never actually trained abs 🥲. Is it possible training abs might actually change the general shape of my abdominal muscles or am I just stuck with this shape?

Anyone know from what year this spoon might be? Looks quite worn. I am guessing the 930 means it’s silver? Silver plated?

I look scrawny with clothes on, but my physique underneath has this uncanny/unpleasant look to it… It’s hard to describe.

I go to the gym 4x/week ~ 1hr. I haven’t done any compound lifts in almost 6 years now because I just didn’t want to anymore ☠️ and decided to just maintain the muscle I had. Flexing in the pic btw 🦅
