Delusions and stories?

Wondering if I should expect this to be a common occurrence. This is just one example... But my MIL with dementia claims that she takes out the garbage every night, and then complains to us that we never help her out. We know for a fact that she NEVER takes out the garbage.

Anyway, is this a common symptom? If so, how do you guys cope with it?

Please explain why IgG blood tests aren't helpful.

An integrative doctor pushed this on me a few years ago. But I've also read somewhere that they are inaccurate and do not measure food sensitivity. So what exactly do they measure then?

What is a better way to test for food sensitivity?

How should you feel when a store associate is assisting you and then another customer interrupts

This seems to be happening a lot to me lately. To me it's common sense for the employee to say, "hold on a minute, I'm with someone right now" .. but that rarely happens.

What's the deal with Lloyd

He's the oldest cowboy on the ranch, been there longer than anybody. What's his back story, and why isn't he the boss instead of Rip?

Should you tip at the register?

Every time I buy a cup of coffee these days, the screen always asks if I want to tip. Personally I feel a bit awkward pressing "no tip" when they're staring right at me. What does everyone else think?

When is lethal force justified in a road rage incident?

This is a hypothetical scenario for discussion only. Suppose someone follows you to your destination, and gets out of the car and walks towards you. There are no weapons in sight, but it is clear that he is pissed. What if you shoot the guy? How would that go in court?

What is it about reddit that doesn't encourage healthy discussions, but instead invites bullying and harassment?

Seriously, not everything has to be an argument. Sometimes people just want to ask genuine questions, and/or share another opinion on a subject. Why can't we be civil on this platform?

Why can't someone with dementia accept that they have it and just cooperate with treatment protocols?

Sorry, but I'm completely new at this, and it's been tough.

What happens when you eat close to bedtime?

I have heard that this is bad, but I would like to know more details on what happens inside. Does food stay in the stomach overnight?

If you repeat it enough times, does it eventually stick

Dealing with a newly diagnosed relative in the house. We are getting asked the same questions multiple times a day, and each time it's like talking about it for the first time. It is getting quite exhausting for all of us. Is there no end to this?

Is low stomach acid real or is it just something the alternative camp is selling?

Have there actually been any studies that confirm this is a thing.

Does anyone experience daytime bradycardia?

Been noticing that my heart rate dips below 60bpm every morning, and remains in the 60s throughout the day. I am extremely exhausted and feel like I can't do anything. And all of a sudden at around 10:00pm I feel like I'm good to go, and heart rate is normal around the 75bpm.

I'm wondering if this is cortisol related, before I convince myself I'm having some kind of heart failure.

Why would Rocky and Adrian ever give Pauly control of their money?

I always thought Pauly was someone who lived off of their generosity, and not a major decision maker in terms of finances. Seems like common sense not to let a guy like that near anything that matters.

Is this a plot hole?
