where would i be able to find something like an online website tool to apply a 1/6th swing to an mp3 audio and or add speed ramp effect thing?

i don't want to spend 70 hours trying to use fl studio or something else extremely complicated to do this manually and google is completely unreliable for finding anything at all.

and what i mean by speed ramp effect thing is that every couple seconds it gradually speeds up then slows down then speeds up again.

i accidentally gave an expie brain damage when i punctured their lungs and let them suffocate for too long (test 4099)

idk what we learned from this but i was told it was important.

they survived and made a full recovery again (this is the same one from test 4098).

their next test will be in another week
