I've had these spots on my legs for around 6 months and nothing I do gets rid of them, I've never suffered with acne or anything like this before, they are only on my Upper thighs and legs.

They don't seem to be itchy but they are filled with white puss.

Advice greatly appreciated.

Looking for advice on how to get rid of these spots, I've had them for around 10 months, I'm a tradesman and I have great hygiene but can't seem to get rid of these on my legs, I've never suffered with any type of acne and this is only on my legs and thighs.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
