I live in South-East Qld, Australia and I keep seeing these tiktoks of people summiting large mountains but I dont have that in Australia. The largest mountain nearby (2 hours away) is Mt Superbus, at an elevation of 1,375m.

Family:

• Dad: 167 cm
• Mum: 149 cm
• Older brother: 162 cm (finished puberty)
• Paternal uncles around 172 cm

Puberty started around 12 years old. First noticeable pubic hair around October 2025.

Growth timeline:

• Start of 2025: 152 cm
• June 2025: 154 cm
• October 2025: 157 cm
• December 2025: 159 cm
• March 2026: 162.5 cm
• May 2026 (now): 163.5 cm

So my fastest growth was December to March (+3.5 cm in 3 months), then I slowed to +1 cm in the last 2 months.

Other info:

• Sitting height: 77 cm
• Shoe size: US 10
• Started puberty around average timing, not super early or late

I’ve gotten predictions anywhere from 167 cm to 175 cm final height. Most common estimate people give me is around 170–172 cm.

What do you guys realistically think my adult height will be based on this?

dad 167 cm, mother 149 cm, older brother (finished puberty, 162 cm, with paternal uncles around 172 cm, my shoe size is US 10, sitting height is 77cm, started puberty around 12.

17 - 175 cm (5'9) i’m predicting
18 - 175 cm (5'9) i’m predicting final height (in my opinion, a bit unlikely)

Current: 13 and 7 months, height: 163 cm weight 59.5kg 27% bodyfat, male, tanner stage 3, current shoe size US 9.5 - 10

at 13 and 0 months: 159 cm

12 and 8 months: 157 cm

parents: dad, 167 cm. mum, 149 cm.

paternal uncles: around 3cm taller than my dad, one is even 175cm i believe

brother: 160 cm at 18

taller relatives: grandfather (paternal) 176 cm

cousin: 6 foot, (good to note that his father (paternal uncle) is 2 inches taller than my dad, and his mother is 5’5
