Is it worth the hype?

I’m dealing with a load of health issues.. mold toxicity, long covid, reactivated ebv, tons of neuro inflammation, history of long term benzo prescription , trauma etc. trying to get my health and life back. Have tried numerous other peptides with no luck. Is cerebro worth the hype?

What do microdoses feel like?

I’ve been feeling very called. I’m not sure to iboga or ibogaine yet, but still called. I had a terrible experience with ayahuasca 6 years ago that made me afraid of psychedelics. I do NOT want to feel anything.. is that possible with microdosing? For reference, I’m dealing with mold toxicity and I also have bad anxiety. My soul feels stuck and my nervoud system is in constant fight or flight.

Is it safe to take continuous progesterone if 36?

Not in peri but I’m dealing with inflammation from mold and it is the only thing that gives me relief. Would like to take it for a few months for support while I detox.

Matt Kelly’s group…

Hi everyone! I just wanted to make a post here warning everyone that NO ONE in matt kelly’s group is a medical professional. It is basically a giant MLM company that does not believe in bloodwork. Everything they sell, he makes money on. And if you go against what they sell (like I did last week, as a nurse) you will get kicked out so he can continue profiting off you. I got kicked out for recommending the GENIE test over useless urine mycotoxin tests. Please be aware.

Sick for one year.. postpartum/mold/long covid

Hi everyone. I’ve been sick for one year with debilitating fatigue. I can’t do this anymore. I’ve tried so many treatments peptides everything and nothing is working. It started 4 months after my baby. The only thing I’ve discovered is I was living in hidden mold. I also had covid while pregnant. Could stem cells help me and if so what kind?? I want my life back so desperately.

Thank you so much.

Documenting my experience microdosing VIP (RN + Shoemaker training)

Hi everyone! Me again. Just another update…

A lot of people still think VIP is only used at the very end of the Shoemaker Protocol, but some of the more recent discussions/guidelines around treatment are starting to suggest that microdosing VIP earlier may actually help certain patients tolerate the protocol better.

I’m currently experimenting with this myself under medical guidance and I’m on day 3 of low-dose VIP.

Obviously way too early to make any big claims, but I’ll be honest… I do feel like it’s helping already. Less fatigue, calmer nervous system, and a little more functional overall.

I’m documenting the process day-by-day because I know how hard it is to find real patient experiences with this stuff.

I’m also a registered nurse currently going through Shoemaker/CIRS training at George Washington University, so my goal is to eventually bridge the gap between the medical side and the patient side of CIRS/mold illness in a way that’s actually understandable.

If anyone wants to follow along:

Would also love to hear if anyone else here has tried earlier VIP dosing/microdosing and how it went for you.

Did anyone have groin/pelvic pain so bad postpartum that you could barely walk?

I’m 16 months postpartum. Its completely ruined my walks. I get in too much pain where my legs crease/groin so bad that I can’t walk more than 1/4-1/2 mile. I really miss my walks. Is this permanent?

Tummy tuck scar 15 years old how can I lighten it?

Its 15 years old but I just had another baby and I want to do something nice for myself and lessen the scar appearance. What can I do? I was reading about tattooing, co2 laser, rf micro needling.. (ignore the bruise, peptide girly)
