Worst day of my life

I went to buy this mask on Ebay and the seller said they had to take it down due to a complication with my bid on the listing, so they relisted it so I could buy it. Someone else came and bought it within the 10 minutes it got relisted. I'm so sad. I have a plethora of masks tbh, but this one just had everything I wanted: the perfect mouth shape, thick sides.. I'm so distressed. Just needed somewhere to vent. I guess we only suffer mentally as much as we allow ourselves to

Has anybody else been perceived as insane to some degree when explaining AP?

Dad thought I was basically insane for talking about AP. He has a background being raised as a Jehovah's witness and dialed it to Christianity. He was chill when I was talking about that, along with different forms of consciousness/perception, such as Salvia trips.

I don't practice AP anymore but feel like I should since I had some very strong experiences after doing psychedelics. I feel like AP is a peak into the actual reality of life. But when I try to spread this, I'm looked at strangely. Is it best to just never mention AP to anyone unless they show signs of "spirituality"?

Uncertainty surrounding future after my (26m) girlfriend (24f) goes to college for 2 years

Relationship is 1.5 years old.

Pretty much the title. I talked to her a few times about it and she stated thinking about the future in terms of what's gonna happen after college gives her anxiety so she rarely thinks about it and another time she stated she would probably move back in state if she had to live with her parents again.

She'll mention how there's internships and sometimes that come with jobs attached once school is done.

I'm unsure about all this since there seems to be a lot of uncertainty about her living situation. When we do talk about it as of recent, we both have a "we'll see what happens" mindset towards it. For me, it's mainly because I believe it to be my anxiety about it all and no amount of worrying will fix it other than just seeing what happens when we go long distance.

I'm not sure if this is the wrong mindset to have, but the uncertainty of where she's going to be in 2 years makes me unsure of whether it's worth working through. Because I do want to work through it,but several people mentioned in another thread I posted in that LDRs rarely work out, especially college ones.

i don't want to move states at this time or maybe ever because everything know and love is here. So I don't know if I would be able to move for her. Especially right now I'm saving money for a house so I live with my parents,I couldn't imagine moving with her right now for example and spend all my savings towards rent, and in a place where I don't know if I could get a job.

She was also already planning on going back to school before we got together as well

She recently joked about getting a new boyfriend but followed it up with how she's more than likely going to be a home body. It made me a little more insecure about what she's going to do or how she's going to feel about us once she's there.

With these factors at play, what advice can be given to me if I want to work through it despite the odds seeming against me with her being uncertain whether she's returning in state after college?

Tl;dr - GF moving out of state for 2 years, unsure if she's coming back and I'm wondering if this is worth continuing/working through this even though I love her and this would be a difficult challenge for both of us to overcome.

Unsure if things will workout with my girlfriend when she goes to college for 2 years (24f, 26m)

I'm not sure if this is the wrong mindset to have, but it's so up in the air right now that I don't know any other choice other than to worry or not worry. I don't know how else to phrase this as a question other than: Are these two thought processes all there is at this point?

Girlfriend is going out of state for college for 2 years and doesn't know if she's coming back. I'm not sure what to do. What would you do in my shoes?

1.5 years, F24, M26

I'm reposting this after some weeks because quite literally EVERYONE here was commenting she was basically breaking up with me. Wanted to see if that was still the case. She's very much a home body and even states she's gonna be avoiding people, but I know things can happen

EDIT- I'm not sure if I would move with her AFTER she's done. At least right now it doesn't seem like I would want to,but idk how I'll be 2 years from now.

Moving while already having a stable business

Hi all. I'm motivated to get into car detailing, but the thought of "what if I have to move?" crossed my mind. Since detailing is a more localized business, I'm afraid once I actually get clients and business is booming, I might move as I don't know if this is where I want to settle down for the rest of my life.

Has anyone dealt with something of the like? Just feels like it would be hard to go from having dozens of clients to starting out fresh

Would be doing so well and then BAM you're done. Have to be 3 steps ahead. Thankfully(?) it doesn't seem like there's difficulties required for the trophy

Had sex with the Nuvaring out since last Monday. Should I get plan B?

Hi all. I made a mistake and had sex with my girlfriend after she had taken out her ring last Monday for her period. I thought it was something like 2 weeks of ring free, but I was wrong. Is the risk of pregnancy likely?

I feel like the subtle hidden blade sound they've used for several games is so much better than the abrupt CHING sound

Girlfriend gives attitude a lot with such simple things. How to proceed?

So it's not really me (I think),but rather if she gets irritated she'll show attitude. Example, earlier she asked where a net to the bar soap was and I told her it was in the cleaning closet, then I took a bite out of food. She got irritated and gave me attitude when asking where it was. When I confronted her about it she explained how I didn't tell her what shelf it was on and got annoyed when I took a bite of food so I now I couldn't tell her immediately. I told her she could calmly do so.

When I talked to her again a few minutes later, she raised her voice and defended why she got mad, but when I brought up the way she reacted to me towards it and how I didn't like that, she sort of just rolled her eyes.

I talked to her earlier about it this week but she made a point of basically accepting her as is. And when i explained further how it made me feel, she said she guessed she would just not talk.

There have been other moments where if she doesn't get her way, she'll tantrum sort of. She's 24, I'm 26. 1.5 years

I'm also sort of in the wrong because she doesn't like when I send her rage bait/joking around texts but I continued to do so. I apologized for it and am stopping now, but I don't believe it would give her any right to continue giving attitude to me, would it?

I think when learning something it's important to have reminders sometimes. But it seems like she has no actual will to change or cares for my feelings really, or acts like I'm in the wrong/invalid.

She also has problems loving herself (her words), suicidal ideation (somewhat same but mine comes in quick bursts once in awhile, hers are weekly), doesn't care about helping people (I tried to get her to see the bigger picture about community bonding but she said she just wants to look out for herself). She had a therapist and it was going well, but she got kicked off her Medicaid

I remember Thanksgiving with her family and she had an attitude or said something of the nature to her brother and he just looked like he had a look of "wtf" on his face.

There have been multiple times where if I bring up how I feel about a situation, she rebuttals and dismisses me out of anger the majority of the time. I checked her once a few months ago and she said how cute I was. Wth?

Sometimes I just let it pass by me since I know that's HER, but I think I'm getting sick of it and trying to "keep the peace". Is that what walking on eggshells is? What can you lovely people give me for advice this time? We're good friends but I just don't think she necessarily respects me even if she states she does. I've had it ask her this or explain my feelings about this several times and she just says "we've already talked about this"

Edit: tbf she is on her period at the moment, but she does this regardless of her period

Best way to remove cylinder if sending chair back?

Hi all. I have chair send back anxiety because of those stupid cylinders that have the grip of a grippy sock girl. I've seen videos online how to remove the cylinders, pipe wrench, mallet, etc. but is there any sure proof way to ensure I don't damage the cylinder? I plan on buying from BTOD and I saw in a comment of theirs on here they don't care if the cylinder is damaged.

Soji giving me tailbone/lower back pain. Will the Amia help this?

I've had my Soji for about 7 months and I've been having pain in the lumbar region. I thought my body was just taking time to adjust after coming from an executive office chair but I don't think that's the case. I'm 6'1 160. I also feel like my shoulders cave in some with the Soji.

BOTD is having a 10% sale on the Amia, just deciding if it would be worth trying. I hate returning items or re selling lol

Anyone have experience with either at my dimensions?

Has anyone noticed an influx in administrative jobs over the last week?

I've gotten over half a dozen notifications about administrative assistant jobs that are remote paying $20-30. What's the deal? Are they all harvesting data? Some of them seem like actual listings due to me being able to click on the company, but seems like a lot just say the name of the company and don't allow you to click on their name.

Low taper fade or just taper?

The second one is AI. I'm undecided on whether I should go for a low taper fade or just get it tapered. I'm keeping the hair a little longer on top so my bangs cover my forehead (about 6 inches)

I oh so wish for an option for these but can't seem to find anything on good lock. Anybody able to get this effect with a third party app?

Insurance sales company said they have 181 people make one million a year. Sketchy?

How likely is her statement to be true? Found a Facebook listing for someone hiring insurance sales and I asked how much the pay is. That just doesn't seem right, but idk. If it's worth anything, it's Primerica
