Question about vitamin deficiencies.

Hello, so I was recently diagnosed with low iron, but I also suspect I am low on vitamins as well due to eating a limited diet these past several months and not having the best one before that either. After reading some reddit posts, I noticed that a lot of time when someone was low on vitamins or minerals hey would be prescribed a high dose prescription of whatever they were deficient of. When I was diagnosed with low iron I was given a prescription for Iron which was 325mg along with vitamin C which I had trouble taking due to sensory issues.. Recently though I started taking a multivitamin which includes iron as I feel it will be easier for me to take as it has everything in one pill, however it only has 18mg compared with 325 of the prescription stuff.

So my question is if there is any reason, besides it raises your levels faster to take a higher amount of the supplement. Will I still be able to raise my levels by taking the multivitamin even if it takes longer?

Thanks.

Has anyone here gone through Oclusal Dysesthesia?

Hello, I am curious if anyone here has gone through this and wouldn't mind going into detail on how exactly the symptoms manifested and how long it lasted . I think I am going through it now but I'm not 100% sure if that is what it is. To start I wasn't good about taking care of my teeth and went to the dentist late last year where they had to extract both of my upper cuspids and told me I would need more work done. At the beginning, things seemed okay. I dealt with the usual issues when recovering from an extraction. The. Sometime around late January or early February I started to become hyper aware of my teeth. I became aware of every time they touch, anytime food gets stuck somewhere in the mouth and any other sensations and sometimes certain things will go way away and others will show up.

Currently the biggest issue I have besides being constantly aware of my teeth hitting, is how they feel when they touch which can be frequent at times. In the span of a few seconds they will go from feeling normal when they hit to feeling like I'm biting on a rock or something hard which will cause a signal of discomfort/pain to go to the brain. It's so bad that I'm afraid to really chew anything because I'm nervous about my teeth touching and the negative sensations that I get when they don't hit right, so I have been sticking to soft foods since then but I'm also a picky eater so have been eating the same three things everyday. I know it's best not to focus on it but usually that is easier said than done and even when I try not to focus on it there is a subconscious need for my teeth to touch.

One thing i just started doing a few days back which I hope might help is taking a multivitamin that Includes Iron. I had to go to the ER awhile back and was told my Iron was low and I was prescribed an Iron supplement, but I also suspect my other vitamins are low due to my limited diet and I know certain vitamins can cause anxiety when being deficiant.

Also I am not sure if I have TMJ or not but I do think I have been clenching my teeth in my sleep as when I wake up on the morning I can kind of feel that my mouth is closed tightly and sometimes it seems that the position of my jaw will be different throughout the day like only the treat on one side of the mouth will touch along with neck muscles that can feel stiff at times.

So did anyone experience similar systems and did it eventually go away?

Thanks

Notification settings in TSW 6.

Hello, I am wondering if there is an option in the settings to disable the notifications that appear on the screen that show you that you have pressed the Q key? Every time I press it, I get four different notifications that show up for each thing it controls, like the AWS reset button or the DSD letting me know the button was pressed, and I would like to turn it off. I looked in the appropriate settings for the HUD, but didn't see anything that looked like it was related to that.

Thanks
