Got up too fast, felt light headed and blacked out.

Been feeling a bit light headed every time I got up from my bed but it wasn't too bad and everything felt normal after a couple of seconds.

But the other day, I got up from my bed, walked towards my door, felt light headed and blacked out. I knew I was falling and luckily my knees broke my fall. Apart from some bruises, I am okay.

I think it's because I stopped having electrolytes daily like I used to. I've resumed it now.

Any other tips/suggestions to prevent this from happening again?

Is there a Remote mobile app that can control playback, choose movie/episode etc on your phone while using Nuvio on your TV?

If not, is it possible to create one?

Need easy protein rich recipes

Hey Folks - I've reached a point where I'm struggling to fulfill my nutrition requirements largely due to food fatigue.

Used to air fry chicken with the different flavours of Killr masala. Worked for 6 weeks and now my body refuses to eat them.

The same is happening with vegetable cheese omelettes.

Surviving on Subway style Tuna salads currently.

I do have a protein shake every once in a while.

Any tips on how you're managing your dietary needs?

Overate and it was a HUGE MISTAKE!

Mum made Chicken Biriyani and I had it for lunch and dinner on the same day. Didn't eat anything else. Would have been a max of 1500 calories.

The next day, I had severe bloating. Day 2 felt like I had food poisoning (bloating, diarrhea, sulphur burps, felt feverish, cold sweats). But nobody else had any issues so I ruled out food poisoning.

Then I remembered that over-eating on MJ can do that to you and the symptoms are similar to food poisoning.

I still don't understand why 2 plates of homemade chicken biriyani had this effect on me though. Is 1500 calories a lot for me now?

I'm on the 7.5mg dose if it matters and been on this journey since April. I normally have no side effects until I increase my dosage.

Have you guys experienced this?

Do we even have film interviewers of this calibre in India?

I've been watching how Thomas Duke does interviews and it's a class act! His questions are so thoughtful that even the actors seem impressed. And there are a few more like him.

And on the other hand, I watched Anupama Chopra's and Bhardwaj Rangan's interviews with The Odyssey crew and they're unbelievably bad!

Although, I remember seeing a young guy from the North (I believe) who also does good interviews. I don't remember his name unfortunately.

Who are the film interviewers from India that are actually good?

Dose Titration

Hey - Been on the MJ journey for the past 3 months. Started at 107kg and I'm currently at 95kg.

Eating 1200 calories every day nowadays and trying to have the right nutrition along with cardio/strength training at home. Losing 800gms on average every week as per Glapp.

Started at 2.5mg and I've been titrating every month as per my doc's recommendation. Saw a bunch of people saying they've been on the same dose for ages and have been losing weight. But it looks like that's not the case for me based on some short term observations. Took 6 shots of 7.5mg and I'm still hovering around the 95kg mark for the past 2 weeks.

Anyone else that had to up the dose every month to see changes? I haven't been working out as much as I should have because of some travel and falling ill in between so I'm guessing that could also be a reason. But are there people who did everything right but didn't notice any change until they went up in dosage?

What's the max amount I can withdraw considering my EPF balance? And which reason should I choose?

Took my 4th 7.5mg MJ shot, got fever on the same day and now I'm barely able to eat anything even after 3 days.

I'm on my 3rd day after getting the flu and I only have a sore throat now but I'm barely eating 600 calories. I know you tend to eat less when you're recovering from a flu but it's not been this bad for me personally prior to starting MJ.

Is this normal if you're on MJ?

Can I withdraw my entire EPF if I've already withdrawn funds using the House Construction reason earlier?

Hey Folks - When I was young and not very smart, I used House Construction as a reason to withdraw a part of my PF. I read that that's the only reason that's applicable if you want to withdraw your PF entirely and that it can only be done once.

Is that still the case or is there another way I can withdraw my entire PF balance? I'm currently employed and have been working for over 15 years.

Not able to eat enough on MJ 7.5mg dose

Hey Guys - Currently going through my 2nd week on the MJ 7.5mg dose and I think I'm only able to eat anywhere between 1200 - 1400 calories everyday.

I'm trying different recipes too but as of yesterday, I can't even take the smell of certain kinds of food. I think I'm feeling a bit nauseous.

How are you guys navigating this?
