cant replicate the AHT from the prebuilt campaign summary report using call level data

I'm trying everything I can to filter the call level data to see where the campaign performance summary is getting AHT from but I just cant get it. I get within 10 seconds. im summing handle time and dividing by handle time count but thats the closest I can get at within 10 seconds. any ideas?

What carriers? These are all brand new.

So this is cooper Avenue around 79 street in queens ny. My guess is at least t-mobile as my signal from outside my house went from 1-2 bars to 5 bars and I’m getting 1.1Gbps down where i was less than half that prior.

If you downloaded stuff from mIRC…

There’s a chance it was music, movies, warez from a Linux server we kept behind a couch in one of the club offices at my university so we could use the T3 line. I think it had 4-250 GB hard drives. This was back in 2000. I remember logging in via FTP from my cable internet connection at home and just downloading anything i wanted.
