I swear, I'm not making this up.

Fun Fact about Mortal Kombat: Legacy

Megan Fox in 2011 who was a fan of MK since she owned a copy of it on her SNES as a kid, she campaigned hard for the role of Princess Kitana in both Mortal Kombat: Legacy (2011) and hopes to portray her in various NRS games.

But the role instead went to Samantha Win-Jo.

But Fox would later be the voice and character model for Nitara in Mortal Kombat 1 (2023), and the feedback was negative along with Nitara's new design.

On replacing Pesci and Stern in Home Alone 4 (2002):

The only comedic actors I can think of who would be better replacements for the Wet Bandits in the 2000s are Rob Schneider as Harry Lime and Matthew Lillard as Marv Murchins.

Fun Fact about the Wet Bandits

Before Joe Pesci was ultimately cast,

Daniel Stern landed the role of Marv Murchins, and he was hoping that his favorite comedic-actor Jack Lemmon were to be cast as Harry Lime.

Fun Fact

In 2012, actress Angie Harmon campaigned heavily with high hopes to be casted as a comic-book accurate She-Hulk who is depicted as being as lusty and boobacious as Jessica Rabbit, sparking viral internet interest and discussing her enthusiasm on talk shows, though she was never cast in the role.

The live-action iteration of Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk was eventually played by Tatiana Maslany in the MCU series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Where the character is instead depicted as an emasculating ball-cutter who is treating herself as the "antithesis" of standard Super Heroes.

I have this Scarface theory.

What if both versions of Scarface are tied together in the same universe where the 1983 remake is actually a sequel?

And Tony Montana's grandfather is actually Tony Camonte. Montana had a mother who is Cuban and a father who was a "Yankee" according to him.

I think the ACO movie was supposed to be filmed as a trilogy like Star Wars.

Because of the way the book was written with three parts:

Book I - Alex's Mayhem & Mischief

Book II - Alex's Incarceration & Brainwashing

Book III - Alex's Release & Comeuppance

I wish it were written and produced that way, just so the film can be longer and made for people who prefer the droog side of Alex, and those who are fans of prison movies.

The 2000s would've been the perfect era for a Fist of the North Star movie.

1995 had a live-action adaptation, but it was a let-down.

The 2000s on the other hand has lots of blockbuster films with CGI, it would bring all of the Goliath-sized villains of Fist of the North Star to life, as well as bringing the disastrous apocalyptic world to life where dilapidated buildings collapse.

But the cast would be someone imposing and stoic-looking like Joe Manganiello as Kenshiro. And WrestleMania All-Stars like John Cena as Ein, he would be all in it because Cena is actually a fan of the franchise.

Who agrees that Kenshiro fits better in the M-rated Samurai Shodown than he does in T-rated Fatal Fury?

He has a weapon of his own.

His finishing moves involve making his opponents explode.

Fatal Fury has Hon-Fu, why would they need two Bruce Lee-type nunchuck twirlers?

How NOT to make an adaptation of The King of Fighters

To start it off:

• Dont make it into a movie! The brother franchises like Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and Garou would make good movies. But ones like the KOF: Orochi Saga! it would take a season-driven series to adapt that into live-action, due to the large roster of 45 fighters to explore upon.

• Dont water-down the plot! Make the plot similar to both The Hunger Games novel and the Fatal Fury anime. Where it's district teams vs. district teams of super-powered martial artists from around the world in a fighting tournament hosted by a corrupt crime lord.

• Dont do crappy casting choices nor write crappy depictions! Hire actors who resemble the characters like Jon Foo as Kyo, Hitomi Tanaka as Mai, Hugh Jackman as Mr. Big, and even The Hemsworth Brothers as The Bogard Brothers.

According to SFII developer Akira Nishitani, he's the one who came up with Geese's "Atemi Nage" move first.

During the creation of Street Fighter II (1991), Nishitani originally planned for M. Bison to perform a throw by having him catch his opponent's punch or kick, then before throwing them, he boasts an insult:

「 Sono teido ka? 」

(その程度か?, literally. "Is that all you got?")

Nishitani really wanted that throw move to be in the final game. But it proved too difficult to actually show all that in-game, so the developers abandoned the idea, until the developers simply just gave M. Bison a quick choke throw instead, this became his standard throw ever since his playable debut in Street Fighter II Dash (1992), the Atemi Nage move later made its way into two other bosses in different fighting games:

• Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters games by SNK (a rival company at the time) for Geese Howard with his given move Atemi Nage, since the SNK vs. Capcom series, Geese's insult line is usually "too easy!"

• The recurring secondary antagonists of the Dead or Alive series which is Raidou, he even uses the same insult that was scrapped for M. Bison.

This is my least favorite final boss in KOF history.

Not because of SNK boss syndrome, but because he's just too boring. Especially compared to the other hulk-shifting fighter Tung Fue Rue.

SNK once pondered with the idea of making a prequel starring Geese.

"Fatal Fury Zero" would sound like a fitting title.

Fun Fact about Bully: Canis Canem Edit

Gerry Rosenthal (James "Jimmy" Hopkins) once pitched to Rockstar a Guitar Hero-like Bully spin-off where Jimmy becomes a guitarist much like his own VA, and challenges other Bullworth students at it through rockoffs.

But of course, Rockstar declined his idea because they grew unappreciative towards Bully.

Your thoughts on this plot choice for Andy Bogard.

I once saw a fan review that Andy would've been a more interesting character during the Garou Saga if he turned to the dark side and became the next evil South Town Kingpin after Geese Howard and also became the next final boss as an enemy to his close ones, even his own brother.

What do you think?
