I’m a 23-year-old male, 6’2” (188 cm) and only 50 kg, so I’m extremely skinny. My parents aren’t allowing me to join a gym. Can I still gain weight and build some muscle with just a calorie surplus, enough protein, and home workouts? Anyone here done it?

I am a first year CSE student and I'm worried about my future seeing the current job market and AI taking jobs. I want to make sure I have the skills needed to get a job after graduation.

I would like to ask Muslim brothers and sisters here:

1. What skills should I focus on learning during my engineering degree to improve my chances of getting a job?
2. How can I improve my English communication skills? I am very weak at speaking and often struggle to express myself confidently.
3. Are there any daily habits, courses, YouTube channels, or resources that helped you personally?

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop with a 512GB Samsung NVMe SSD.

I booted from a Windows 11 USB, deleted all partitions, selected the unallocated space, and installed Windows. The installation completed successfully and reached 100%.

After the automatic restart, instead of continuing Windows setup, I got:

"Boot Device Not Found
Hard Disk (3F0)"

The strange part is that the USB installer worked perfectly the first time. But after the restart, when I went back to the boot menu and selected "USB Hard Drive (UEFI)" again, it started showing the same 3F0 error instead of launching Windows Setup.

The SSD is still detected in BIOS.

Any idea what could cause this? Bad Windows installation, corrupted bootloader, SSD issue, or USB issue?

The good thing is that I’ve cleared all my backlogs, but honestly I don’t know much about programming. I also don’t know if I should already be good at things like Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other basic computer skills.

I’ve tried learning programming from YouTube channels like Apna College, CodeWithHarry, and PW, but I’m not understanding much and I forget things quickly. It feels like everyone around me is moving ahead while I’m still struggling with the basics.

My communication skills and English are also weak. I even used AI to help write this post because I wasn’t confident enough to write it myself.

Will companies reject me during campus placements because of my 2 year gap after 12th and the 1 year delay during engineering? Is it too late for me to catch up and build a career in tech?
