reddit.comMovie with young Adam Sandler?
I found this VHS tape I'm guessing from late 90's early 2000s. I was curious what was on it because it was just labeled, "PBR." It was at a random point in a movie and the only person I recognized seemed to be young Adam Sandler, but I can't be for sure since I didn't watch that much of it. He was talking to a brunette woman with mid length hair. I rewinded by a few minutes and he was in a bed, shirtless, watching something on TV. I tried looking this up and Google wasn't helpful. After looking at some of Sandler's filmography, I'm not sure if it was him or someone who looks similar. I'll try to find time to watch more of the tape so I can figure this out.
The Graduate (1967)
I was recommended this because I really liked Rain Man (which Dustin Hoffman is in). The plot of this movie is...interesting to say the least. It reminds me a lot of Class from the 80's because of that whole trope of sleeping with someone's mom. I don't have much else to say. 4/5.
Thoughts on Rain Man? (If you've seen it.)
As a person with autism this has been one of my comfort movies for a while and I recently rewatched it. I'm not gonna go into details of all my thoughts because I'll be ranting for days, but I'm curious what other people think of it since I don't see it mentioned that much.
Was Dally saying 'Man' a lot scripted or a thing Matt Dillon just did?
I recently rewatched the movie and realized Dally says 'man' after almost every sentence. I don't remember him doing that in the book, so I'm curious about it.
Small Detail I noticed in this scene.
After the scene where Ponyboy says, "I dropped my eggs, dropped my spoon." You can see Steve in the background take a piece of egg off the pan and start eating it. I always assumed he was eating the chocolate cake, but he doesn't reach over to the table and get the chocolate cake until a few seconds later.
Fanart I made of Darry bc it's Father's Day and he's pretty much one.
I started off using that picture of Patrick Swayze as Darry flexing as a pose reference then that somehow reminded me of the iconic Rosie the Riveter poster, hence the title and bandana. I then proceeded to turn it into some kind of magazine cover. It's a chaotic mixture of things. It'll probably look better after I add color.
Movies with Val Kilmer in them?
I know this might be too specific. Basically, I go through phases of finding actors/actresses I like and mass consuming their filmography. Now I'm on to Val Kilmer. I know I can just go on Google and look up what he's in, I'm posting this because I want recommendations of what people have seen and think is good. So far I've watched both Top Gun movies and Real Genius.
