I think that Hyatt's website is breaking! I made a reservation this morning with points. Now the reservation is missing BUT so are my points. Currently... on hold. Grrr.
update… I talked to someone at customer service and they see the reservation on their end. I spoke with Tashawna and she was lovely!

Hey, folks! I just started tray 17 out of 28. My doctor is moving me to every week change to every 10 days. She said that some of my teeth are wiggly and it will help with bone health. I do wear my aligners for 20 - 22 hours per day per their orders.
Anyone else have this experience?
(I totally trust my doctor and her team. Just looking for the experiences of others.)
