New setup finally 🥹

Hello there.

I finally got a new mouse and a new mousepad(atk sky and vxe r1 pro). Idc much about the mouse since I could just relearn claw gripping. But, I'd like to ask. How long does it takes for me to get used to these changes?

I went from hp150 with raw desk to actual decent gaming setup, but I can't adjust my chair (it's fixed) so my desk is higher than my chair. So my aiming journey would probably be slowed.

Have a good day :>

Im pissed with performance drop

I got teased from hitting silver. Every. Single. Time.

On this scenario in particular. It pisses me off that I peaked and then my performance went straight to the ditch. I could've hit silver today.

Is it normal to wonder how you will die?

Hello there. Had to put nsfw because some people might not like the topic I'm trying to ask.

Now, now. To clarify, I'm neither suicidal nor depressed. Just wondering out of curiosity ok?

Like, I wonder if I'm gonna die due to overwork, or maybe as a street rat? Or maybe I'll die in my sleep? I don't know.

So is it normal? Because I got intrigued on how unpredictable death is. Though I hope I'd be able to die peacefully even though I'm not a very good person. Maybe decent at best. But decent is better than bad.

Anyways, have a good morning, good afternoon, good evening and goodnight.

Tunnelvision problem

Hi.

Yes, I have a tunnelvision problem. My awareness ingame is so bad. Heck I can barely spot ppl at far range.

Any advice?

How long should I run as a newbie?

Hello there.

I'm currently trying to get fit because I'm fat (very suprising).

I have completed some runs for this week (3 so far), and I must say, I struggled to run 3 km ToT. Mainly due to me not having good stamina since I was a kid (but kid me could sprint quickly to say the least) therefore I also would like to increase stamina.

Other than that, I also studied correct running form which helps me a lot (1.5 km isn't a big challenge anymore, although its supposed to be easy at the first place.)

So, how far should I run as a beginner? Because sure, 3km feels exhausting for me but it didn't feel too bad. Like, not too challenging and felt like a chore instead of actual challenge.

Note: don't recommend me unrealistic distance like 20 km, I'm NOT an experienced runner and just started out.

Resting days

Hello :]

Today I feel lazy to aimtrain because I aimtrained for 4 days straight. So I've decided to take a day off.

But I like to ask a question. How long should I take a break from an aimtrainer/week? Because I used to grind for the whole week, and now I'm a bit demotivated to grind aimlabs.

Have a good day :>

Short strafe (I forgot the name ;-;)

Hello there.

I'd like to ask for some advice based on this video. I also noticed that my hand tends to tremble whenever I move it to the right, any exercise that I can do?

Have a good day.

Reactive tracking

Hello there.

I recently hit bronze on reactive tracking thanks to corp serf strat (Except verttrack, my hand would be handicapped due to hp 150 + raw desk isn't a good idea).

But I can't seem to hit silver even though I think I could because I'm so shaky. I do acknowledge that my hand tends to be shaky when I'm reaching tge max of wrist movement range, but this time its just shaky all the time (even after resetting wrist position).

I do know that my nervous bum is one of the factor and my mouse is the other factor...

Soo, any advice technique/nerve control wise? Don't mention to upgrade my setup tho since I already planned it, currently saving money for it.

Question from a newbie

Hello there.

I have decided to upgrade my mouse and finally buying a mousepad because I finally have enough money for it. So I asked on another subreddit about good budget gaming mice/mousepad and I'm satisfied with their suggestions.

But problem is, I'm a bit unsure about mices since I don't usually mind using a cheap office mouse (currently using HP 150) therefore I don't have any particular experience buying an actual quality gaming mouse. Especially how expensive gaming mice are nowdays.

I got recommended vxe dragonfly r1 and I already searched reviews on yt. Mostly people give positive feedbacks about it for its performance for a cheap price. Though some would say that its good, but there are better options.

So, should I buy vxe dragonfly r1? Or is there any other gaming mouse that have better quality with a bit higher price tag?

Note: please don't suggest me a mouse that's higher than 35$, Im gonna be broke in college ;_;

Sens issue

Hello there.

I'm so cooked and fried rn. And I finally gonna put my ego down and lower my sens (my dumbahh kept telling myself not to ToT)

So, what's a pretty fast sens, but not too fast that its unoptimal for fast paced shooters?

Thankz :>

Crazy anxiety

Hello there.

Yes, as you read the title. I have a quite funny problem and it's related to my body itself. I'm a quickscope enthusiast, and I have a very hard time quickscoping because I kept getting panic attacks whenever I'm in a duel. My hand would shake violently and I can't consciously aim well.

Any advice?

Why do I randomly feel sad?

Hello there.

I'm kinda bamboozled with myself right now because yesterday I got too anxious about nothing. And now, I just feel sad out of nowhere.

It's like, not the kind of sad that makes you wanna cry due to exhaustion or stress or etc.

It's like, the kind of sad that just... sad. Like you're sad but you neither feel like crying nor you feel happy. You're just sad. Idk how to explain it but it's basically just random sadness or "void".

Is it normal?

Randomly being nervous

Hello there.

I hope this isn't a dumb question, but I suddenly feel nervous. Like, it's the type of nervous when you know that everything's on the line.

I started to feel weirdly nervous (or anxious, idk) when I was watching tv. Like I randomly got hit by the "sense of impending doom" type of feeling and I couldn't stop it.

Is this normal? 😬

Mouse question

Hello.

My mom's gonna buy me smth and I can choose.

So, I've decided to buy budget mouse and mousepad. Any suggestions? (Wrist and fingertip user)

This might be my shot to get it (or I'll just gonna save up at college)

Extra note!!!: my budget is around 20 - 30$. But pls recommend me a good enough mouse around 15 - 25$ (op made a mistake after converting usd to his country's currency, and he feels guilty now ;_;)

vertical struggle

Hello there.

I messed up today irl, hopefully it would stop.

Anyways, I'd like to ask for some advice about tracking vertically. I play on raw desk, and I tried to lift my wrist (unstable aim ngl, failed.). If I plant my wrist, I won't have the freedom to move my hand vertically. I know that I could use my forearm, but my wrist just grips the desk like a glue to a paper. I could see the movement, but my hand just couldn't keep up.

So, please, don't tell me to buy an arm sleeve because not that I don't want to. I simply can't.

Thanks.

Sudden performance peak/drop

Hello reddit :/

So, I'd like to ask a quick question...

Why does my performance both ingame and in aimtrainer have sudden peak/bum performance. Like there's a moment where everything clicked. As if the target just walk into my crosshair without the need to consciously chase it.

And then suddenly I shoot a lot worse than a controller player turning off aim assist the first time.

Is this normal?

Scenarios vertical...

Hello there ^_^

I need some playlist/scenarios to get good at vertical tracking because I currently suck at vertical tracking, and I suck at verttrack s3 (still iron ;^;).

Thanks.

Pinky question

Hello :>

So, I kept having this problem that whenever I'm aiming my pinky and ring finger touches my desk unconsciously.

It hinders my aim and I'm contemplating to cut my pinky, grill it and give it to stray dogs.

Jokes aside, how do I stop this behaviour?

Fyi, I use claw/fingertip grip
