Inconsistent counter strafing

Hello there.

I um, realised that my counter strafing isn't consistent whenever I use a scout or deagle. There are alot of times when I could've win the duel (except if I whiff) but I hit the torso instead of head.

Is there any drills or I should just be more mindful?

I feel like I'm in a ditch right now.

Assalamualaikum. Hello there.

The reason I wrote this is because, um, I don't know actually. It's probably because my emotions are bottled up and I feel the need of support.

I'm quite sad. I know it does sound ridiculous, but yeah, I'm sad. I just want to disappear. I feel pathetic. I don't know when it's started, probably it's started since I was 16 or 17. I suddenly felt sad randomly, but it wasn't as intense as it is now. Besides, this kind of feeling is kind of new to me so I figured that I might need actual help because I'm afraid that by hiding my true problems to others, I'm afraid that I might give up on life entirely.

Genuinely speaking, I don't know how many times have I accidentally raised my voice against my lecturers. I shouldn't do that, I know. I know that it would cause my knowledge to lose its blessings but, I just can't help. I feel like I'm easily triggered by certain words (e.g. : you're a failure, etc.). And today I got "advice" by an ustaz. He talks about sunnah, avoiding bad crowds, etc. He also told me not to hate myself (something that I'm struggling with.) because humans are god's greatest, most perfect creation.

At first, I thought that I got a "second wind". I thought that I could actually focus back on my studies (I lost my purpose in studying before). But right now, I felt even more pathetic. I feel like my connection to allah is weakened.

To be honest, I feel even more pathetic. I don't know why. Maybe because I've sinned a bit too much. Maybe this is a test, or a punishment, I don't know. I don't know how many times have I cried. And I could never actually vent to someone because I don't have friends, I'm afraid that I accidentally lashed out to my lecturers and I just can't talk with a therapist. Also, I don't even know why do I even vent here. It's probably because I'm anonymous here.

Besides, every single time I vent, they would repeat the same advice, remember allah, be patient and lighten up your spirits. I don't know how many times had I've heard the same advice until at one point I feel like it's useless to talk.

Quite frankly, I called my teacher from high school, I tried to ask him for some advices because I genuinely tired of keep going. He told me that based on his experience, I'm a very persistent person. When I rethink about it now, it does look like persistence, but to me it feels like insanity. I don't know how many times had I hit my head as hard as I possibly could just to memorize a page of quran.

Lastly, I don't know if mods are gonna approve this post, I surely hope they'll do. Oh also, I'm just gonna try to perform tahajjud and vent more. Because truthfully, I'm afraid that I'll be another case for the statistic.

Goodbye for now, Assalamualaikum.

Few questions...

Hello there.

Anyways...

Q1. How do I even shoulder/jiggle peek...?

- I tried to do it and got awped so many times, I've lost count...

Q2. How do I use scout aggressively?

- Don't flame me for this. I know it's not part of main guns that ppl usually use, but I just want to have fun sometimes. Besides, the faster walkspeed while scoped in feels like it could be exploited, but idk how.

Q3. How do I clear angles safely?

- Tried peeking each angle slowly and carefully, but I either get awped or punished...

Q4. Should I preaim at head level or body level?

- Now, now. I know you should preaim at head level, but I usually got punished by some fella who would spray the moment he sees someone (not to mention my bum aim that keeps missing 0.01 cm from the head or being too late to kill someone with m4 js because he have ak)

Anyways, don't flame me. I'm practically still learning mechs while trying to have fun.

Buh bye

Give me some advice, I'm your neighbor!

Hello there.

Sorry if my title looked unserious, I thought that it's cool to put up a reference.

To begin with, I'm sorry if you're having a bad day today, I hope you'll find happiness one day. Even if you can't find happiness, at least I hope you'll find serenity.

Today, I felt very pathetic.

It's supposed to be my final exam. But, I got stomachache yesterday so I have to retake 1 of my subjects. The questions weren't any hard, most of them are quite basic. Although I can't answer 5 questions because I genuinely forgot. I knew I should've prepared better in the previous night, but I just procrastinate.

Then even worse, I lashed out onto one of my lecturers. I felt pathetic. She was worried of my wellbeing, yet I lashed at her. She accidentally triggered me. I know I shouldn't lash at her. But I can't help. It feels like a reflex.

And to be honest, I also have a lot of trouble on studying. I don't know when was the last time I actually focused and enjoyed learning. Now, I only attend the classes because I just want to fulfill the carry mark requirement for the finals. I've tried everything I've learned on how to discipline myself and focus. But I just can't. I've always envied on how most of my friends can fully focus in class. Everytime I tried to focus, it feels like a burden, as if I'm carrying weights on my head.

And to be honest right now, I feel weird for venting online. Because, in my opinion, there's a lot more people that should get help instead of me. Besides, a lot more have suffered yet they can still move forward, why can't I? Why am I this weak? Why am I whining like a child?

Lastly, if you're reading this, thank you for reading. And if your day isn't bright today, I hope you'll still find a moment of peace in the day.

Buh bye :P

Can I do Interval, easy, tempo run as a beginner?

Yea..

I don't know why, I definitely should stick with c25k until I complete it. But I have this urge to speed up the progress to run my first 5k...

Probably because I kept hitting 3K per c25k session.

Any advice?

Proper way to run...?

Currently, I'm still trying to increase my cadence until I reach 150 (currently 133, probably because the app uses pace as a way to measure cadence). I listened to 140 bpm metronome but... guess I'm still a bit far off...

Other than that, how do I contact my feet with the ground? Do I push it? Do I slightly drag it? And how do I know that I'm shuffling?

Few questions about running form

Hello there.

I'm trying to increase my cadence because mine is less than 150.

So here are the questions

  1. How do I know when I overstride? Because I think that my stride is small enough.

  2. What exactly is shuffling?

  3. Do I shorten the time of contact between my foot and the ground?

That's all for now, buh bye

Quick question

Week 3 of couch to 5k, and I feel great.

Turns out that 3 min jog isn't that bad.

Anyways, I kept on hitting 3.5K whenever I'm doing the exercise, should I increase the rep or just follow the plan?

Should I open up or endure?

Hello there.

I'm currently at college. I don't know why would I tell everyone this, probably just to widen your perspective.

Lately, I've felt too tired to interact with others. It felt so heavy just to talk to another person. The cause is probably because I'm not a very socially active person. Truthfully, I always dreamed of disappearing from the earth. Since that's not possible with current technology, I now feel the desire to become a "ghost" in society where I don't have too deep relationship with others.

You see, I feel too tired to keep on walking on this earth. Yet I'm still walking. I used to have some kind of "ideation". But thankfully, I don't have that kind of ideation anymore. Or at least it didn't completely overpower my thoughts.

Lastly, I always self sabotaging myself, or at least that's what I feel. Whenever I'm trying to open to someone, I always feel like I'm just trying to get some sympathy from others just to feel good. To be honest, one of the reason I'm still walking today is that others are suffering too, yet amazingly, they are still walking. And to be honest, I never feel like I deserve to be loved by someone.

Anyways, I'm off to complete my assignment. Have a good day, night or evening or whatever time you are on, I hope that yall are happy today.

How much error is tolerable?

Hello there.

I'm currently averaging from 60 - 75 wpm, and I'd like to know how much error is tolerable because my competitive ahh kept on restarting the test just to hit >97% in accuracy.

Other than that, there's nothing else to talk.

Anyways, have a good day

Running = high cortisol = bad???

Hello there.

Recently my mother has started to nag at me for running everytime my classes are finished. She kept on mentioning that running at evening doesn't give much benefit, high cortisol doesn't burn fat much, etc.

I really want to tell her that I run because I enjoy it (and hate it). And funny thing is, I scrolled on tiktok and suddenly I kept finding these videos that have stupid takes like, "oh running is bad for building muscle, they need protein instead of carbs !!1!1!", tbh, I know that running (especially longer distance) isn't optimal for building muscle, but telling long distance runners to take more protein is hilarious.

But yea, suddenly it felt like the whole world wants to stop me running.

How do I enjoy being alone?

Hello there.

To clarify, I'm not trying to be that one kid that thought to himself that he's "different" or "emo". I genuinely want to learn how to enjoy loneliness.

I guess you can guess the reason why.

Have a good day folks

I relapsed.

Indeed, I relapsed.

I fell to the same pit again.

I thought that I already have beaten the addiction.

Borthers and sisters, I'd like to ask. Is this considered sinful? Because I'm practically telling the internet that I've relapsed, isn't it a shame? A shame that allah himself has hidden it from others?

I never get any advices from others because I'm afraid that it counts as revealing my sins. I never opened up to others in fear that I've exposed my sins.

I hate myself. And I'm afraid that one day Allah will never answer me. I'm afraid that one day allah abandons me. I kept hearing people talk about his mercy. But I don't think that I deserve it.

The fact that I'm still breathing on this earth is by itself, a miracle.

I don't want my life to be ruined by this. Atleast if I want to ruin my life, let it be from running.

Have a good day.

Current progress

Hello there.

I'm currently on week 2 for running, and I must say that it's good and bad at the same time. I love and hate running. And idk if I could survive week 3 for couch to 5k because I have to jog 3 min. I'm pretty confident in my endurance (in terms of breathing), but I'm afraid that my legs can't take it on.

Besides that, for whatever reason my right leg is usually get worn faster than my left leg. Probably because there's some road that's a bit slanted to the left....

Anyways, here I am. And yes, after I can run 5K consistently I'll try to run 10K.

That's all for now, have a good day

My typing speed after being trained 2 years ago and stopped.

Hello there.

Currently I didn't bother myself to relearn touch typing until today.

So here I am lolol. The fact that I still can break past 64 wpm is quite impressive, but I'd like to break past 100 wpm.

So I've figured out a bunch of my problems with typing

  1. I didn't use standard touch typing method (I don't use my pinkies, I hate em)

  2. I raised my fingers up in the air a bit too high.

  3. I suck whenever a word requires to be typed with one hand

  4. My brain just shuts off whenever I'm typing, causing me to lose rhythm and consistency.

That's all for now, I need advice because I just wanted to have something that I'm atleast good at even though it is niche.

Have a good day

How do you deal with atheists?

Assalamualaikum.

Hello there, I'd like to know how to deal with atheists respectfully. Because often times, I'd see other muslims just straight out harass or belittle them on social media.

And I genuinely think that the prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h won't treat other people with different ideologies like that. So I'd like to know how to deal with them respectfully.

Jazakallah
