was listening to Jim Cornett talk about how AEW for a street fight, barred outside interference and how barring outside interference only serves to bring heat onto the promoter for allowing it. Would it have been better if instead of just plainly stating it, why not have the promoter come out and be like “generally speaking, here at insert promotion we have a “boys have at it” approach when it comes to outside interference and in most cases it sorts itself out. But not in this case! For this match with Leeroy Jenkins and Jimmy Wang Yang, everyone but the officials, cameramen, and announcers are banned from ringside!” That’s got to be better than just tagging it onto a match.

Was rewatching the Warrior in WCW, and in episode 105 they just brush over that Chris Adams, the man who created the super kick and trained Steve Austin as “this jobber Chris Adams”. Only asking because I was watching the John Cena/Batista crowning story arc, while going over Batista’s story to that point they call his manager “his fat trucker wife”, said wife is Stacey Goff, the future Stacey Cornette, aka: Jim Cornette’s future wife. Granted Stacey herself was never a big star but it feels odd that for as deep as they go sometimes, they just brush over cool little factoids.
