Found This In An Abandoned House And Am Wondering How To Clean It

As you can see from the photos, there is some kind of residue on it that I cannot get off. I've already tried a magic eraser, Isopropyl Alcohol, and Dish soap, and so far and it has barely helped. any further Help is Appreciated
