Loose positive terminal 13 elantra gt

Just started doing this thing the past few weeks. The positive terminal is loose enough to turn, but will stay on unless you pull it off. Now sometimes the car won't turn over until I pop the hood and turn the whole positive terminal box, til I hear a click and then can usually turn over the engine. Tried tightening it but to no avail. Anyone else have this issue? Is it worth replacing the terminal? Thanks in advance
