My mom 51f, has had mental health problems for quite a while now. Work stress, overthinking (biggest pverthinker ik (coming from a teenage girl)) and anxiety are her major problems which later leads to extremely high bp and hypertension, she is on bp medications and i think its high time to address the root cause of this which is her overthinking, work stress and anxiety. It will be really nice if you guys have any leads for a specialist in this case. Thanks in advance!

I live in mumbai and my skin type is combination with warm/neutral undertones and it suits me v well. It has a sheer coverage and have to add more product to build it to a medium coverage. Overall i like the consistency and the finish it gives is chefs kiss. Great for everyday wear, feels thodasa oily but maybe thats just my skin and im okay w it overall a solid 9/10 go for it if u like ur makeup dewy
