Dodge Rampage, The Official Vehicle Of...?

Felt a little depressed receiving this...
Been looking at this 78 Corvette near me that's been parked since 2009 (Rust Free) and has a replacement 350 Crate Motor changed who knows when (has Center-bolt heads, and confusingly still running a Quadra-jet, mechanical fuel pump, and the separate belt system instead of a single serpentine) but should fire up, it is only a 3 speed auto but might 5 speed manual swap it, has 129k miles allegedly, and is fairly bone stock other than the engine, What to look out for, common issues, and/or essentials?
