SMALLER AIR FILTER??

went to dealer for my 40k mile service. They recommended changing my air filters. The cabin one was fine but the engine filter is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller like half the size! from 17801-0P051 DENSO to YYZ1 DENSO. Maybe it doesn't matter or MAYBE Toyota is using smaller filter to cause more issues it just makes sense to me that it would be the same thickness....why would they do this? Why not provide reasoning? Does it really not matter?

Wife has PCOS, just confirmed, thick uterine lining they are doing a biopsy on to make sure it's not cancer. I did the semen analysis, have drunk sperm but a very high count, only thing is their motility, he said they are drunk. He made it seem like it's something that can be fixed but I researched and it says only 7% of men have this, I do smoke weed daily since I was maybe 15 on and off. Wife has dealt with this a long time, this is my first time finding out about my motility. We are 28 and really want a child, but don't want to do IVF nor can we afford it. I know I can make lifestyle changes to increase my 1% motility but we are not feeling so great right now about it. Any tips or success stories from people in here in a similar boat? I feel like this may send both of us into a deep depression as we both just want children it's literally what we want most. Thanks in advance
