
This fitness plan is all over the place
She says a few different goals/plans here that just don't make sense. 1. She says she not trying to lose weight. She wants to lose fat (even though let's be real she doesn't really have much fat she can afford to lose she's already so thin) but then says she also says she's wants to gain muscle but won't gain any weight. She's gonna get muscular, but at most gain a pound. Like which direction are we going?
Does she really think she do a rigorous work out regime and not see a fluctuation in weight one direction or the other?
