Hayley is really hard to watch.

Hayley is really hard to watch.

My whole body froze up while watching Hayley completely spiral on Blake.

I'm usually a huge girls girl but my goodness, Blake was so extremely patient and took the time to think out and express his feelings calmly and he just got completely beat down over and over again. Anything he said was criticised, scrutinized and twisted. I would have walked away immediately if someone was treating me that way. I felt really bad for him

Even the first fight when he didn't hug her right away, she had crazy eyes on him.

She's a huge red flag.

Absolute tool on The Ultimatum.

So so so embarrassing to watch this complete loser on The Ultimatum. Jebin personifies the typical infantile attitude many Indian men have

It's the cringiest thing I've seen on this show and I've watched every season. His conversation with women are reduced to things I ask a 8 year old. "Silverback gorilla vs. grizzly bear, who would win?"

No idea what his current gf sees in him and I hope the show outs him for his misogynist, and immature mindset.

How many products do you use to get your hair look it's absolute best?

Going out tonight for a girl's night and wanted my hair to look it's best

I'm thinking about all the products I've used in achieving this and damn it feels like a lot.

  1. Shampoo

  2. hair mask

  3. thickening spray

  4. mousse

  5. leave in conditioner

  6. hair oil

  7. volumizing product

  8. hair spray

  9. texturing spray

  10. shine cream

Will I feel confident in my hair and likely receive compliments...yes but I feel like a catfish...like if only they knew the effort it takes and this vs. an air-dry look.

How many do you guys use?

President’s Choice

This is from a few weeks back. I found these Israeli medjool dates at Superstore. Ok that’s bad enough, stickers were placed, phone calls made. Then I heard from someone else that their online store scrubs that information (third picture). Shady AF and PC can piss up a rope.

Let's talk good sleep

We all know we should prioritize it and it's benefits but staying consistent with good sleep can be really hard.

I feel like I've gotten a lot better with my routine recently so I wanted to share it. By doing these things Ive it that helps me sleep better.

Sleep Hygiene

- I sleep better when clean. I like to shower before bed to get the day off me before going to bed.

- Sheets - Natural fibres. Good quality cotton. I wash 2x/month but YMMV.

- Hair in a silk bonnet. I like this because it not only protects my hair but keeps my pillow cleaner too since all the product in your hair isn't getting picked up by your pillow (acne sneaky link).

- Dark room. Google circadian rhythm to learn more.

- Cool room.

- If you're a light sleeper, get a white noise machine. I can't sleep without mine.

- Consistent bedtime is very important (this is the one I personally struggle with the most).

Supplements

I take more than these but here are my PM ones:

- Magnesium Glycinate

- Vitamin D3

- Ashwagandha

- Melatonin (tiniest amount 2ish hrs before bed)

Other

- I avoid caffeine after 3pm

- Invest in a good quality mattress/pillow that supports your bodies' needs.

- Prayer. Something about bowing your head and releasing all your worries to God helps me feel lighter before bed and avoid overthinking and ruminating.

Anyways these were just a few off the top of my head, ladies drop your best tips! Ok byee it's past my bedtime!! Lol

What can I realistically do about nasolabial fold?

I feel like the depression in my nasolabial fold has gotten visibly more noticeable lately and is aging me a lot. What can I realistically do about the volume loss here? I'm very hesitant to use filler for migration fear.

Don't stress - take action. My TE routine (no minoxidil).

As someone who's suffered from TE for the past 10 years, it can be an exhausting roller coaster to be on.

I had a big shed around Sept 2025 - this was post partum related.

And currently suffering from one that started mid April - this was weight loss related.

I've found that the only way to battle TE is on going maintenance that focuses on regrowth and trigger management.

Most people focus on trying to stop the shedding but it's counterproductive as those hairs entered telogen 2-4 months ago and they're going to fall regardless of what you do. Instead speed up regrowth, you can still be actively shedding and see regrowth/recovery at the same time.

----- Routine -----

All throughout my sheds (and even when not shedding) here is my TE routine:

Regrowth routine

\- Oiling 1x weekly

\- Dermarolling 1x weekly

\- Hair growth Serum most nights

\- Red Light Therapy 4-5/week

\- Adequate nutrition with a focus on protein

\- Supplements (I highly recommend doing a blood panel) - Vitamin D, Ferrous Fumarate, MSM, pumpkin seed oil.

Trigger Management (mostly stress)

Supplements

\- Magnesium Glycinate

\- Ashwagandha

\- CBD occasionally

Other

\- prayer

\- delusion (lol)

Lastly, I don't use minoxidil as I have found by doing this routine I can get it back on track and regrow my hair as seen by the recent pictures attached.

I hope this helps someone.

Thoughts about this area?

See an upcoming housing project coming to this area. Does anyone have any insights on the area?

Anyone from lisgar or area that can speak to the community and future prospects?

Regrowth?

Noticed these hairs after blow-drying today. Have been at it consistently with my routine so I'm hopeful this is the light at the end of a tunnel (still shedding tho 🥲)

As a TE sufferer my struggle isn't that my hair grows back but it's how to prevent that horrible shed.

I have been able to successfully optimize my nutrients and hair growth routine for years but I always feel like my progress is completely set back with a dreadful shed.

I when I'm at the bottom of the shed, I often consider minoxidil but then again I think my problem isn't that I can't regrow my hair. It's the stress or the triggers that cause the shed and make me feel like I have to start all over again.

Made me think is the real cure for TE better stress management, ie. ashwahganda, CBD, etc?

Any others out there who have gotten their te under control with the shed period specifically?

My husband told me his brother invited him over for a BBQ at his new place. My husband told me he was told it was a "boys thing". Ok, cool np. At the event my husband mentions their other brother and his wife are in attendance. The host brothers girlfriend is also there as well as another friend's wife. So 3 women in total.

I'm confused and thinking it's kinda weird they'd exclude me when we're all on good terms and get along well and women partners are clearly in attendance but try not to make a big deal about it.

The event started around 4 and it's getting close to midnight and I haven't heard much from my husband (we're usually texting/checking in with each other whenever apart) and I suddenly start feeling disrespected?

Like I do believe he was misled but when you catch on that your wife was excluded under a false pretense, I feel like he should have left much earlier and called out his brother in a show of solidarity.

My husband thinks I'm making a big deal out of nothing but I feel hurt.
