Tobey vs Fox X-Men: Will anyone help him, and will he survive?

https://x.com/thelegacyofnerd/status/2086470305967423910

Here's the thing:

All of the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man villains cure works retroactively with their deaths.

  • Doc Ock was pulled right before he could have killed Tobey in Spider-Man 2 at the end. He still turned good in both events and probably sacrificed himself then
  • Norman was Norman Osborn when he died. Admittedly, when he returned at the end of NWH, he was in a different costume (which may put a dent in my theory), but it was Norman who returned, not Green Goblin, meaning his death would have stayed the same if he was pulled from when he died.

(Edit: Either it worked retroactively or it created alternate timelines. Either way, Tobey would've returned to the universe where they died.)

  • Sandman is the only one who was pulled from the present day, and without his powers, can't do anything.
  • Venom is from a different universe, along with Lizard and Electro.

However, it is possible that he isn't the only hero in his universe.

  • It has been popularly theorized since Spider-Man 2 that Thomas Jane's Punisher could be in the same universe.
  • In Spider-Man 2, when trying to name Doctor Octopus, Hoffman suggests "Doctor Strange." Jameson replies, "That's pretty good... but it's taken!" so it's entirely possible he exists as well (I would cast Joaquin Phoenix, as he backed off due to a multi-movie commitment, while having him only in Doomsday/Secret Wars would probably be enough)
  • The Daredevil movie came out right before Spider-Man 2, and due to the aesthetic/tone of the movie could be in the same universe.
    • Elektra is a direct spin-off of this, meaning it would be in the same universe by default.
      • The Elektra seen in Deadpool and Wolverine could be a variant of that same one, along with Johnny Storm, Blade, and X-23
  • The 2003 Hulk could be in the same universe with the same reasons as DD and Elektra.
  • Anne Hathaway's Black Cat from the cancelled Spider-Man 4 could be in the Defenders (assuming the events of the movie happened in-universe).

If this happened, I would say that when Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man returned after NWH, he may have been inspired by his teamwork with the other Peters and Peter-1's Avengers team that he found other vigilantes and anti-heroes to form a team to fight threats no one else could handle: the Defenders.

Scenario 1:

When the X-Men arrive on Earth-96213, they are met with just Spider-Man, who puts up the most legendary fight we've seen in Spider-Man cinema history, but inevitably loses, either dying with his world or being saved by Loki/the TVA.

Scenario 2:

When the X-Men arrive on Earth-96213, they are met with Spider-Man, Punisher, Hulk, Daredevil, Elektra, Black Cat, and Doctor Strange. Their fight is incredibly fierce, but due to Cyclops's laser vision, Earth-96213 is inevitably destroyed, with the Defenders either surviving due to Loki/the TVA or dying with their home.

Here is how I would have done the TASMverse, integrating it into the MCU

The Amazing Spider-Man (TASM1)

  • Plot: Follows the core plot of the original, with one major addition: Harry Osborn is introduced early as Peter’s close friend who is already suffering from his terminal genetic illness.
  • Key Changes: Establishes the foundation of Harry’s desperation across two films so his eventual turn feels earned rather than rushed.
  • Post-Credits Scene: Teases Max Dillon’s quiet, lonely life at home and his obsessed fan-fixation on Spider-Man before his accident.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (TASM2)

  • Plot: Peter and Gwen maintain a stable relationship. Peter abandons the investigation into his parents. The spider bite worked for Peter and not for Harry only because of pure chance of having compatible DNA. The film features Mary Jane Watson as the neighbor next door with an abusive father and includes Richard Parker’s return.
  • Climax: Gwen Stacy’s clock-tower fall still occurs, leaving Peter completely broken.
  • Post-Credits Scene: Max transforms into Electro, setting him up as a major threat for the next film.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3 (April 2016)

  • Plot: Consumed by grief and holding back less in fights, Peter encounters and bonds with the Oscorp-made symbiote in the first fight against Electro. Driven by aggression, he begins dating Black Cat, who embraces Spider-Man's darkness.
  • Conflict: Electro emerges as a massive physical force that drives Peter to rely heavily on the living suit.
  • Resolution: MJ—still unaware of Spider-Man's identity—serves as Peter's moral anchor and helps him reject the symbiote.
  • Ending: Concludes with Peter and MJ sharing the iconic upside-down kiss, hinting at a fresh start.
  • Post-credits scene: Peter returns home to find Aunt May talking with Tony Stark, who tells Peter "I need your help with something."

The A̶m̶a̶z̶i̶n̶g̶ Superior Spider-Man 4̶ (January 2018)

  • Plot: Adapting the Superior Spider-Man arc, Doc Ock uses Oscorp neural technology to swap bodies with Peter. Otto operates as a brutal, hyper-efficient Spider-Man while battling the Vulture.
  • Villain Dynamics:
    • Doc Ock (Primary Driver): Otto serves as the central thematic threat, hijacking Peter's life, intellect, and reputation while attempting to prove he is a better hero.
    • The Vulture (Physical Obstacle): Adrian Toomes provides high-flying blockbuster action, serving as the benchmark that highlights Otto’s cold, unyielding brutality compared to Peter's merciful nature.
  • Resolution: During a high-stakes climax, Vulture captures Mary Jane. Otto's cold, analytical approach fails him when he realizes his calculated methods cannot save her—he lacks the heart, instinct, and love that make Peter Parker Spider-Man. Realizing Peter is truly the "Superior" Spider-Man, Otto willingly relinquishes control, giving Peter his body back so Peter can save MJ, dying in the process. Peter rescues MJ, but is left to repair the damaged relationships and public reputation Otto left in his wake.
  • Suit Change: Having liked aspects of Otto's design, Peter updates his costume to a sharp red-and-black palette with a very subtle blue tint—a direct homage to Spider-Man's original comic book color scheme.
  • Post-Credits Scene 1: Teases the symbiote being secured by military forces during the post-Snap chaos, setting up Agent Venom: The Lethal Protector.
  • Post-Credits Scene 2: Tony Stark receives Otto’s discarded Superior Spider-Man suit at Avengers Facility. Examining the dark tech, Stark casually comments, "Not bad... but it needs some gold," teasing the development of the Iron Spider suit for Infinity War (with a comic accurate appearance, while still nanotech)

[Interlude Film] Agent Venom: The Lethal Protector (February 2019)

  • Plot: A standalone spin-off focusing on Flash Thompson bonding with the symbiote under government oversight during the chaos caused by the Snap, redeeming the synthetic host as a tactical force for good.

The Amazing Spider-Man 5: Smoke and Mirrors (October 2020)

  • Plot: Mysterio and The Jackal team up to wage psychological and biological warfare on Peter. Mysterio creates illusions—including a fake resurrected "Gwen Stacy" to torment Peter that she didn't return in the events of Endgame and sow doubt in his relationship with MJ—while Jackal deploys biological duplicates.
  • Villain Dynamics:
    • Mysterio (Psychological Mastermind): Controls the narrative through holographic mind games and grief-targeting illusions, forcing Peter to question his sanity and reality.
    • The Jackal (Biological Threat): Provides the physical genetic horror, engineering clone duplicates and creating Ben Reilly.
  • Climax: Peter battles his literal clone, Ben Reilly, alongside Mysterio's mind games.
  • Post-Credits Scene: Teases the survival of a second, darker clone—Kaine—setting up the TV spin-off.

[TV Series] The Scarlet Spiders (Fall 2020)

  • Plot: A serialized, darker anti-hero series focusing on Ben Kaine as they navigates their own identities, redemption, and legacy separate from Peter Parker.

The Amazing Spider-Man 6: The Last Stand (May 2022)

  • Plot: The ultimate grand finale. A fully formed Sinister Six—Electro, Mysterio, Jackal, Green Goblin, Vulture, and Carnage (arising after the events of Agent Venom)—unites to tear New York apart in the hunt for Spider-Man.
  • Villain Dynamics & Roles:
    • Green Goblin (Harry Osborn): The Mastermind who funds, equips, and coordinates the Six out of personal vengeance.
    • Mysterio & Jackal: The Strategists who use crowd-control illusions and bio-tactics to turn Manhattan into a war zone.
    • Electro & Vulture: The Heavy Hitters who provide raw power and aerial dominance, forcing the heroes to split up.
    • Carnage: The Unhinged Wildcard—an alien apex predator that led to the creation of the Venom symbiote by Oscorp, creating chaos that neither side can fully control.
  • Climax: Donning the rugged Last Stand suit and new organic webs, Peter leads a heroic trio alongside Agent Venom and Scarlet Spider to defeat the Six.
  • Ending: Peter puts the lingering ghosts of his past to rest, fully resolves the doubts between himself and MJ, and cements their future together.

The Amazing Spider-Man 7: Brand New Day (January 2024)

  • Plot: Years after The Last Stand, Peter Parker (now in his early 30s) balances a quieter life with MJ while operating as New York's primary defender. A teenage Miles Morales is bitten by an altered Oscorp spider and seeks out Peter for guidance.
  • Conflict: Mr. Negative unleashes a war for control of New York's underworld using his Darkforce corruption, while Ezekiel Sims arrives as a enigmatic mystic warning Peter and Miles of "Spider-totem" threats.
  • Dynamic: Peter takes on a father-figure/mentor role, teaching Miles how to control his venom blasts and camouflage powers while fighting off Mr. Negative's inner-demon enforcers.
  • Post-Credits Scene: Miles's uncle, Aaron Davis, is seen monitoring Oscorp weapon shipments, dropping hints about his alter-ego.

The Amazing Spider-Men 8: Matters of Life and Death (January 2026)

  • Plot: Miles fully steps into his role as Spider-Man alongside Peter, but his worlds collide when he discovers his beloved uncle Aaron is The Prowler, working as a high-tech thief for corporate underworld buyers.
  • Conflict: Miles faces the personal agony of fighting his own family member while Peter tries to keep Miles from making the same rage-driven mistakes he made after losing Uncle Ben and Gwen.
  • Resolution: Aaron sacrifices his freedom (or life) to protect Miles after learning his nephew is Spider-Man, leaving Miles heartbroken but fully committed to the hero's responsibility.
  • Post-Credits Scene: A master of disguise slips out of an FBI holding facility—teasing Dmitri Smerdyakov, the Chameleon.

The Amazing Spider-Man 9: Identity Crisis (May 2028)

  • Plot: The final chapter of Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man saga. Chameleon uses hyper-advanced disguise technology and psychological warfare to frame both Spider-Men for crimes, backed by the brute force of The Enforcers.
  • Conflict: Chameleon attempts to destroy Peter Parker's public reputation and destroy his home life with MJ, forcing Peter to rely on Miles to outsmart an enemy who can look like anyone.
  • Resolution: Peter and Miles defeat the Chameleon. Knowing his city is in good hands, a battle-weary Peter officially hangs up his mask to start a family with MJ, passing the mantle of New York's primary Spider-Man entirely to Miles Morales.
  • Post-Credits Scene: Miles receives an encrypted hologram transmission from Kamala Khan asking, "Has anyone ever told you you're part of a bigger universe?"

Imagine u are a writer for Marvel and Sony. You are charged with creating the plots of Spider-Man 5, Spider-Man 6, and a spin-off from each film.

Rules:

  • Spider-Man 5 must feature the symbiote suit (and is dubbed "Darkest Day" unless you have a title to suggest).
    • Venom cannot be the main villain of the movie, but can be a secondary villain
  • Spider-Man 6 must be Spider-Man vs the Sinister Six (and is dubbed "The Last Stand" unless you have a title to suggest)
    • Cannot include villains from the Raimi trilogy or TASMverse
      • Venom is the exception
  • Either Ned or MJ must remember Peter by the end of the trilogy
  • Bonus points if Miles is teased in one of them again
  • Venom must separate from Peter by the end of the trilogy to allow for Agent Venom or Venom to exist.
  • NO CLONE SAGA (unless limited to Ben and Kaine, and only one can be in a movie. The other can be introduced via spin-off)

For those of you who choose to take on the challenge, you have my respect. Good luck.

Will they remember, will they not? (Spoiler warning!)

Evidence for not remembering

  1. >!MJ explicitly confirmed she does not remember Peter.!<
  2. >!Ned’s interaction is muscle memory & deduction, not restored memory!<
  3. >!When Ned exclaims "Peter!" at the end of the handshake at the end of the movie, context suggests he is connecting clues (MJ let it slip that Spider-Man’s real name is Peter)!<
  4. >!No known mechanism is introduced that explicitly breaks or counters Doctor Strange’s spell.!<

Evidence for remembering

My thoughts on the Chrysalis Arc thus far and what it means for the future of Solarballs

  1. I absolutely love how Solarballs is going back to answer some older questions! I was waiting for Chrysalis to be done after being teased in "the Solar System trial" and "Why does Saturn have rings?"
  2. >!While I didn't like Sedna's attitude to Titania in the most recent episode, it's nice to get to see her again. I hope we get more of the dwarf planets and their moons!<
  3. While I don't know for sure, I did some research (looked up on google) what caused Chrysalis to be destroyed, and it looks like it was >!Titan's fault. However, I don't think he did it intentionally.!<
  4. Since the Rogue Saga has ended, I think that Solarballs (after concluding the Chrysalis Arc) will move to either (in no ranking):
    1. More hypothetical objects, specifically Vulcan, (since there is a sign made by the Sun warning about the Roche Limit) Nemesis, (since we saw another star at the end of the Rouge Saga) or a potential Planet 5. See here for more hypothetical Solar System objects
    2. The Centauri Arc, focusing on Rigil Kentaurus, Toliman, Proxima Centauri, and their planets.
    3. Ceres Arc. I don't have much to say on the matter, but he definitely has a history worth elaborating on
    4. Triton Arc. We still don't fully know his own original history or his binary partner (who I would call Rhodos if we go with a sibling approach or Libya if romantic like Pluto and Charon)
    5. Dwarf Moons Arc. We've only seen one Dwarf moon, (Charon) but there are so many more! Where are they?
    6. Dinosaur Arc, told by Astrodude to his son. It would also lead to Who Killed the Dinosaurs?
    7. Uranus Impactor Arc. Since there has been stories regarding collisions, this one makes sense to do next (explaining why he is reluctant to explore the Moon Killer if he remembers it)
    8. Black Hole Arc. See here for more information.
    9. Deep Biosphere Arc. I have no idea how they would do this, but it would be cool to see.
    10. The Martian Moons Arc. We still don't know how Phobos and Deimos were captured by Mars.
    11. An ET Arc, based on Sibo, Martian life, or Venusian life. IDK.
    12. The answers to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sg2UkPk9oCs

Solarpunk economics and politics: what is used?

I'm new to the solarpunk world, and am curious about the economics and politics. Any answers to these questions would be very much appreciated.

Is the economics based on green capitalism that used GPI instead of GDP or eco-socialism? What I currently know is that it uses a circular economy.

Is there still government in solarpunk? If so, how does it differ to today?

Does solarpunk still allow for a global community or any form of centralisation? I know there is a heavy emphasis on decentralisation and grassroots, but in some areas of the world that don't have easy access to water, surely some centralisation and businesses are required, right?

Wishing you a good rest of your day (whenever you see this post)

When the Old World Calls for More (The New World's Children) - A self-made prophecy

When the old world reaches far,
When it scars its oldest star,
When the hands that shaped the throne
Crack the bedrock to the bone.

When the children yet unborn
Rise to curse the day they're born,
When tomorrow finds its voice,
Then the ages make their choice.

When the kings have named their price,
When the prophets bargain twice,
When the crowns are forged from shame,
None shall dare to speak their name.

Then the order, built on stone,
Finds it stood on dust alone.
Every empire, every wall,
Learns at last how giants fall.

Then the banners black as night
Gather for a final fight.
Every hatred ever sown,
Every tyrant, every throne.

Greed will march beside Despair,
Pride and Fear will both be there.
Every evil history knew
Comes to claim what still is true.

Yet against that endless sea
Stands the souls with nothing free.
Not a sword within their hands,
Not an army at their command.

No bright armor, no disguise,
No deception, no lies.
Only every wound they've earned,
Only every bridge they've burned.

Everything that's loved in sight.
Everything to lose that night.
Nothing left to shield their names.
Nothing left except the flames.

And the wise will turn away,
Certain darkness wins the day.
For what hope can young soul saves
Standing at the world's own grave?

But remember, when they tell
How the highest heavens fell:
Worlds are broken not by war,
But by reaching one step more.

Past will claim what Past has sown.
Future gathers what has grown.
When those two at last agree,
None can halt what comes to be.

Mark this hour. Mark this breath.
Life will stand and answer Death.
When the old world calls for more,
The new world's children will close the door.

Hear me out: The TV show should have done these instead

  1. Wally West (redhead) is on Earth-2 and trained by "Jay," and Zoom (who uses the Still Force) killed his uncle Barry. He dons a red and black bodysuit with a yellow Absolute Flash-inspired jacket with a red double-jagged lightning bolt in the front and back (with a red circle on the back)
  2. Wallace is referred to as "Ace," and is the son of Daniel West.
  3. Flashpoint goes on for half the season and we actually get Thomas Wayne in it, (or Robert Queen instead) along with Savitar being the Flashpoint-native Barry Allen, the counterpart to Wally as the Flash
  4. No "We are The Flash"
  5. The Thinker uses the Sage Force
  6. Nora is slightly more mature and is Jenni Ognats instead, arriving with Bart Allen
  7. No Girl-Cicada
  8. Godspeed is the villain of Season 6
  9. Barry dies in Crisis (Crisis includes the events of Barry going back in time to 2000 and Armageddon + becoming the lightning bolt that struck him in 2014)
  10. We get Kevin Conroy as Batman in Crisis
  11. After Crisis, Wally and Ace both are on the same Earth, and Wally becomes the new Flash, with Ace as Kid Flash
  12. Eddie comes back as Cobalt Blue, but he is possessed by the NSF instead, leading to the return of Barry, who is retired afterwards
  13. We get a lore-accurate Max Mercury and Avery Ho in the last season, with the birth of the Tornado Twins
  14. Cisco stays
  15. Iris is written better
  16. We get a Reverse-Flash spinoff series with OG Barry
  17. The suit order for Barry goes:
  18. S5 suit with gold lines and better cowl (no chinstrap, just a thinner cowl) for S1-2 to match the OG Silver Age origin
  19. S3 suit with brighter red and gold emblem (same season)
  20. S9 suit (S4-Crisis) with a leather torso
  21. S4 suit with more fabric-y arms and legs + golden boots and metal armor (basically the best parts of DCEU JL Flash suit and S4 suit mixed together w/ golden boots)
  22. Jay Garrick is in the JSA post-Crisis (being featured in Legends of Tomorrow)

Here is what we currently know about Avengers Doomsday

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WOXKPDC9tA

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=399Ez7WHK5s

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kH1XlwHQv9o

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1clWprLC5Ak

The confirmed cast of the film is

  • Doctor Doom
  • Loki 616-B
  • The Avengers
    • Thor
    • Shang-Chi
    • Ant-Man
    • Captain America/Steve Rogers
    • Captain America/Sam Wilson
    • Falcon/Joaquin Torres (presumably on the Avengers)
  • Wakandans/Talokans
    • Black Panther/Shuri
    • M'Baku
    • Namor
  • Fantastic Four
    • Invisible Woman
    • Human Torch
    • The Thing
    • Mr. Fantastic
  • Thunderbolts
    • Yelena
    • Bob
    • John
    • Bucky
    • Alexei
    • Ava
  • X-Men (Original)
    • Beast
    • Nightcrawler
    • Cyclops
    • Professor X
    • Magneto
    • Mystique
    • Gambit (not confirmed on the X-Men officially)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiMg566PREA

Steve has a child and is returning as Captain America, not Captain Hydra (probably).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=399Ez7WHK5s

The Fantastic Four arrive on Earth 616.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kH1XlwHQv9o

Earth-10005 is likely going to be destroyed. Magneto and Prof. X have accepted it, while Cyclops is still fighting.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1clWprLC5Ak

Thor is praying for the strength to win the fight.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irVNGjRFZGk

  1. Earth-10005 is colliding with another universe, meaning Cyclops's laser beam is likely attempting to destroy that Earth to save their universe.
  2. Doom (presumably, might be Namor [I have sucky audio quality, sorry]) is saying that something is coming and that they will be faced with "an unthinkable decision."
  3. All the Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four are accounted for.
  4. The Wakandans and Talokans are either fighting or tense.
  5. (Rough guess) Omnipotence City is destroyed.
  6. Gambit vs Shang Chi, meaning the worlds colliding are likely Earth-10005 and Earth-616 (at least by the end of the movie).
  7. (Rough guess) Loki recruited Steve Rogers and left his throne.
  8. The F4 brought the Thunderbolts (and Avengers presumably) to the Atlanteans and Wakandans.
  9. Herbie is in the movie.
  10. Yelena vs Mystique.
  11. Scott said goodbye to Cassie (who is blonde?!)
  12. Johnny is hugging someone goodbye (IDK who, probably Sue or Franklin)
  13. Thor vs Doom, likely on Battleworld or Omnipotence City.
  14. Thor said they're going to need a miracle. The trailer then shows Steve's arrival, indicating he is the miracle.

What we still don't know

  • Doom's goals/intentions/methods
  • Where is/are
    • Kang and all of his variants?
    • Franklin Richards?
    • Spider-Man (all versions)?
      • Tobey Maguire
      • Andrew Garfield
      • Tom Holland
      • Spider-Verse Spidermen (if connected
    • Doctor Strange?
    • White Marvel?
    • Captain Marvel?
    • Deadpool and Wolverine?
    • Photon?
    • Valentina?
    • the Kree?
    • Nick Fury?
    • the Young Avengers/Champions?
      • Hawkeye/Kate
      • Ms Marvel
      • America Chavez (presumably)
    • the Guardians of the Galaxy
    • Uatu and the Guardians of the Multiverse?
  • Other universe's fates (Ramiverse, TASMverse, Venomverse, Earth-828, Earth-1610, Earth-868, etc)
  • Is this tied at all to the Spider-Verse films?
  • Who wins, and is Battleworld formed?

What is theorized

  • Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man will be in the movie, at least in the cold open (and his world will be destroyed by the X-Men)
  • Doctor Doom is manipulating Incursions and will bring heroes onto his side as they have something to lose (family members), promising their loved ones will survive by creating a composite world
  • The final battle will be at the TVA or Battleworld
  • Thor and Loki will reunite

My Pitch For Spider-Man 5 And 6 (Assuming Spider-Man bonds with Venom in Brand New Day)

Spider-Man: Smoke and Mirrors

After finally finding balance between being Spider-Man and Peter Parker, a powerful alien symbiote that enhanced his abilities helps him protect the city like never before. But when a new enemy rises with a dangerous plan built on lies and stolen identities, Peter must confront the ultimate question: what truly makes someone Spider-Man?

With the help of a man who knows him better than anyone else, Peter must find the mastermind behind the chaos while keeping control of the bond between himself and the living suit. As illusions begin to blur with reality, Peter must decide whether the greatest threat is the villain manipulating his world or the power growing inside him.

Spider-Man: The Last Stand

Peter Parker has finally become the Spider-Man he was always meant to be—but when a new threat emerges from the shadows, he finds himself pushed to his absolute limit. With the entire city, save for friends both old and new, turned against him and a team of his most dangerous enemies united for one final hunt, Peter must face the ultimate test of everything he has learned.

As the Sinister Six wage war on New York, Peter is forced to confront the power that has carried him through his darkest moments, and must make the impossible choice to separate, leaving Spider-Man without his greatest advantage, or lose everything that he is.

Now, wearing a new suit and relying only on his courage, intelligence, and determination, Peter Parker must prove that he never needed the power to become a hero. Against overwhelming odds and his greatest enemies yet, Spider-Man makes his final stand.

You are designing the successor to the DCU over the course of 15 years and are in charge of casting, suit design, film order and plot

Rules:

  • No casting actors with recent controversies
  • A Justice League film is required to happen in year 15, and a JSA film prior
  • Each member of the League needs to be in at least one prior project
  • No multiverse shenanigans (exceptions: Absolute Universe, the Flash)

What would you do?

What do you guys want to see in Chapter Two of the DCU?

As of right now, Chapter One of the DCU (Gods and Monsters) is set to have the projects in the attached link: https://www.reddit.com/r/DC_Cinematic/comments/1l8durh/every_confirmed_dcu_project_in_development/

However, there are no projects regarding superheroes such as the Flash, Martian Manhunter, Hawkman/Hawkgirl, Green Arrow, Plastic Man, John Constantine, Zatanna, you get the idea.

Opinion Part:

I think that Chapter Two should be titled "Men, Myths, and Legends," opening with Martian Manhunter in ~2030, the Flash before 2033, and either Plastic Man or Green Arrow in 2035, depending on who James Gunn wants in the Justice League. The Chapter should use the Paradise Lost series as the basis for the other heroes, seeing as their powers have mythological/supernatural roots.

Sample timeline for Chapter Two:

  1. Martian Manhunter live action film: 2031. Villain: White Martians. Key event: J'onn J'onzz reveals himself to the world
  2. Peacemaker S3: 2031
  3. Paradise Lost S2: 2032
  4. Zatanna live action film: 2032. Villain: Brother Night
  5. The Flash animated special event (multiple hour-long episodes released monthly in theaters): 2033. Villains: Cobalt Blue, Rogues Gallery. Key event: Barry Allen (with original childhood) dies, Wally becomes the Flash
  6. Booster Gold S2: 2033
  7. JSA live action season 1: 2034. Members: Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Doctor Fate, Wildcat, Hourman, Atom Smasher, Johnny Quick (retired), Jay Garrick (mentioned, retired). Key event: disappearance of JSA. Villain: Vandal Savage
  8. Creature Commandos S2: 2034
  9. Green Arrow live action film: 2035
  10. Constantine HBO series: 2035
  11. Plastic Man animated/live action film: 2035 or 2036
  12. Max Mercury live action/animated series season 1: 2036
  13. Justice League live action film: 2037. Villain: The Centre

Who would you cast as Barry Allen and/or Wally West and who would be the main Flash? Also, should the Flash be animated in their first solo project like Into the Spider-verse, or live-action?

Questions:

If Wally were the Flash, would he start out as Kid Flash, or be the Flash straight out the gate?

If Barry were the Flash, would you have either 1) his mother died and his archnemesis is the Reverse Flash or 2) his mother is alive (classic Silver Age/pre-2009 origin) and his archnemesis is Cobalt Blue/Rogues Gallery

Also, hot take: If we got Jay Garrick as the main Flash to start out, it would be weird/cool if he had Barry as Kid Flash. Not comic accurate, but.... interesting (I think? I'm not in love with it, but eh.)
