Wow just wow.....
What the helly? Im already doing a order for 15 bucks for 3 miles already picking up at this same place. I accepted to see if its ready and surely it was but the restaurant staff told me it was sitting there for 30 mins. I canceled right away lol.
Is im the only one think its financially irresponsible to buy a brand new 2026 to do doordash/ue?
TLDR: So I met a dasher while doing Uber Eats that DoorDash full time like I do, and me and him have sparked up a conversation on how busy it is, how my day's going, etc. So he did ask me what type of car I drive. I told him a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid with 368k miles. I told him that I bought this car for 1.5k last year in January because I wanted a second car to DoorDash part time, because I didn't want to use my newer car, my 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport Limited, for dashing part time anymore and let my fiancée drive that car. And also told him that I did lose my primary job in March of last year, so I decided to do this full time. Made 66k off this car while driving 20k miles and did nothing to this car but change the oil 4 times, and that's it. And I do my own maintenance, so I'm saving a lot in labor.
Then I asked him what type of car he drives. He told me that he just bought a 2026 Toyota Prius Hybrid because he didn't want no old car and think it's better to work in a newer car than an old car. I told him that's slightly irresponsible because you're paying a lot of money for that car like insurance, car note, and your depreciation is gonna be very, very bad. He told me that I didn't know what I'm talking about because I'm too young to understand. I'm 24 and I know that's even dumb. Is I'm the only one that think this or no?

I never seen a fare this high🤯. I mean im not complaining lol
That fare pay tho. And i originally had accepted the $16 papa johns order for 3 miles and it was odd because all they ordered was Parmesan Cheese packets. Uber did gave me a $8 add on after. Im having a feeling it was a scam so i let uber know.
Would yall take this??? I already accepted a 9 bucks order for 2 miles from that same store and uber gave me this instantly after. I was thinking about it since i have to drive pass this person anyway but the timer ran out thinking about it.
So um... this may sound dumb but wtf do they want me to do???? Why not just say leave at door??
So this customer gave me a thumbs down because their dogs made me fall and damage their delivery. They told me not to worry about it but still gave me a thumbs down???? This is nefarious work.

I know you f*ucking lying.... i accepted a double stack for 18 bucks for 4 miles and i dropped off the first customer order already and this is what the second customer texted me...
Do anyone else find this annoying??? im clearly at stoplight
