Someone I know owns a hotel/resort which has been mainly catering to a specific demographic for over 20 years. Business has slowed down and I am thinking about helping them expand to different clientele. I’ve looked into creating a modern website, signing up with a PMS provider and online credit card processing. Any advice is appreciated on what is the best way to do this.

I know it’s probably pointless but I was wondering if we could get an online petition going and submit it to NVIDIA on behalf of asking them to release a new shield

Has anyone ever dealt with a movie company wanting to use their hotel to shoot a movie? Company is offering a flat fee + additional payment to house 40 people. They mentioned to me they will need access to mostly the whole property and will be changing the decor/furnishings. Contemplating if I want to deal with them. If anyone has dealt with something like this, would love your opinion

Edit: Was offered 50k + payment for housing for 40 people for about a month. Not sure if that’s a reasonable amount

About to take over a hotel and looking into which credit card processor to go with. Was recommended Chase but their fees are on the higher side

Had a guest leave me a 1 star review last year and requested a full refund after staying the night. The review was mostly fake and mentioned issues that were not present, immediately after checking out she requested Airbnb to give her a full refund. Airbnb obviously didn’t help me in anyway except denying her refund request. After this 1 review my bookings have went down drastically. I’m not sure what to do

Been an AT&T customer for 20 years. Usually spend most of the summer in an area that has awful service. At best I get 30mbps and 2 bars of service. Filed a report with the FCC, got an email from someone from the office of the president mentioning they tried contacting me but couldn’t reach me. The employee left me a contact number but calling it every time it rings and just goes to the named representatives voicemail. Not sure what to do at this point

Got a sub to strong 8k and having a specific channel play 24/7 via a firestick. Wondering what other services can play a channel non stop without disconnecting after a few hours. Considering dream or Trex but not sure if they can do this without disconnecting

Found a 1st gen 4k firestick that I bought a few years ago and never set up. I want to set it up for my elderly parents but wanted to set a custom launcher on boot. Is there anyway to still do this if I let it update to the latest firmware or possibly to install a specific firmware?

Want to set up to have a stream from my provider play 24/7. Only issue is they cut off the stream if the channel isn’t changed every 8 hours. Wondering if anyone has a solution for this

Have a few bad reviews left by 1 angry customer from different accounts. Google will not remove them even after appealing. Considering getting my lawyer to send them a letter to their legal department
