5w20 Oil, and my options.

I’m in Belgium, with a US spec 2025 Big Bend. The first photo is what I have left over after my 2017 Escape transmission went out (Motorcraft 5w20). I’m pretty sure my oil filter is fine, but I’m not sure on the oil.
The second photo is what the owners manual says, 0w20. Since I’m in Belgium, I haven’t found Motorcraft over here.
The last 4 photos is what I have found on Belgium Amazon. They are 0w20, but I don’t think the exact specification of the 2nd photo.
I might be able to try US Amazon and hopefully they ship overseas, if anyone can find it there.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How long is this going to take? Military overseas.

It’s been 17 months and haven’t heard anything. I’m military overseas with a foreign spouse. We leave soon, so time is of the essence, it’s urgent. Out-processing on top of this is going to be a nightmare!

I’m interested in buying a 2012 Q7 (gas). Give me the good, the bad, and the ugly.

For Audi, I’ve only owned an 2007 A3 (diesel) and that died on me within months. This has roughly 120k miles. What are things I should ask for besides service history? What are things to look for when inspecting the car? While it is a beautiful car, I don’t want to regret this potential purchase.
