CMV: Most men are gay!

Here’s an expanded version at around 300 words while keeping a respectful, curious tone:
Don’t get me wrong—I genuinely respect and care about all kinds of people, whether they’re gay, straight, bisexual, or identify in any other way. Everyone deserves kindness and respect, and I’m not trying to offend anyone or judge how people live their lives.
I have a question because I’m honestly curious and want to understand something better. Am I correct in thinking that a lot of modern men today are gay, or does it just seem that way because people are more open about their sexuality now?
From what I see on social media, TV, movies, and online, it sometimes feels like there are far more openly gay men than there used to be. I’m wondering if that’s because there has actually been a big increase, or if it’s simply that society has become more accepting, making people feel safer to be themselves without hiding who they are.
I know that what I notice online isn’t necessarily an accurate reflection of the real world, so I’d love to hear from people who know more about this. I’m asking with genuine curiosity, not to start an argument or make assumptions about anyone.
From what I’ve read, the majority of men are still heterosexual, but there are more people today who openly identify as LGBTQ+ than in previous generations. That could be because acceptance has grown, and people are more comfortable being honest about their identity than they were decades ago.
If I’m misunderstanding something, I’m completely open to learning. I’d appreciate respectful explanations or reliable information rather than arguments. My goal isn’t to stereotype anyone—it’s simply to better understand the world and other people’s experiences. ❤️

Driving test in Ireland?

I applied for the waiting driving test in Dublin in April.

It initially said my expected time is in August, however I checked today and it says it’s in October.

I think if they were less ass about the grading during the test, more people will pass.

I look horrible

I will be honest here.
I am fat and ugly.

I was called ugly all my life by family and friends.
I always thought they were wrong, however I can admit to myself now that I look like a monster.

I tried losing weight a few times before however it emphasised my facial structure in the most negative and disturbing way ever. I eventually purposely gained the weight back because I look really bad.

Even though I am only 26f people have always thought I was in my 50s. I have told people my age before and they have laughed at me on the spot, and saying I look much older. Even at my jobs people expected more from me because they thought I was older.

I never posted any pictures on social media, I still looked terrible even if a tried photoshopping.

Am not asking for pity or sympathy. Just sharing my experience.

Using Reddit to date

I started using Reddit to make friends and start an online relationship. However every post I made asking for available males between age 26-33 years wanting to start a relationship has been removed by the group owner and now I am blocked from making any posts.

Reddit users comments are long

I am new to using Reddit. Why do people comment long paragraphs on post? I don’t have all day to read comments about my post. Keep it short and simple.

Being a nihilist

I am 26F about a year ago I learned about philosophy and nihilism.

I realised I am a nihilist, however ever since I realised this it has been hard for me to have any conversation with family members.

I don’t like arguments however some people they truly enjoy talking and going around in circles. I see no point or enjoyment in spending any energy wasting time.

I don’t know what I want from life. Sometimes I think I am missing out on dating but at the same time I don’t want someone who doesn’t understand me.
