I get this awful feeling sometimes that I’m a fraud or a failure because I didn’t get sick as young as some other people do, I know it’s irrational but I feel so weird

Hello, im hoping someone can help me out. I’m not currently diagnosed with any chronic physical conditions other than hyperhidrosis and possible HEDs but I’ve been suffering with frequent, repetitive symptoms that often really impact my ability to function. I’m almost positive that I have some form of dysautonomia, I experience heart palpitations, tachycardia, chest pain, fatigue that can be up to an 11/10 with how bad it is, headaches that often come with bad light sensitivity, breathlessness/tight feeling in my chest (not very severe but relevant maybe), lightheadedness, full body aches, flu like symptoms and very poor temperature regulation, sometimes I’m freezing for no reason and others I’m so hot I feel almost as if I could faint, also regardless of temperature I sweat through my clothes in minutes which is awful. These symptoms sometimes have me lying down doing nothing all day, specifically the fatigue and lightheadedness, I had an episode of SEVERE dizziness the other week, I couldn’t lift my head without the room spinning/twisting. Anyway what I’m asking is for some advice on what testing I should request? I don’t want to seem like I WANT a disorder but I want to be taken seriously. I had a 48 hour heart monitor however it felt pretty useless as my symptoms were very tame during that period. Should I request a 7 day one? I’m also kind of wondering if a tilt table test might provide some useful information, should I ask for one?? What testing could help find out what’s wrong

I’m currently using “universal recolour” and I love it, it helps prevent headaches which I get so easily but I have a problem, I’m using the frontier farm and there’s random patches of the base game colour? It’s not unbearable but it’s definitely annoying. Does anyone know what usually causes this or what I can do? If there’s nothing I can do or you don’t know could you recommend some desaturated recolour mods for me? I tried starblue and I didn’t like it

Hi, I’ve been stressing about this for a long time and I’m hoping someone can help me? I have this awful symptom, it’s this involuntary abdominal clenching. Idk if anyone else experiences this so I’m going to explain it the best I can. It’s like straining for a bowel movement but without the lower bit. I also experienced it all the time as a kid if my bath was too hot. Anyway this happens every day randomly, usually when I’m in bed, it’s so uncomfortable and it’s distressing atp, is this a worrying symptom??
