Does anyone else think…too deeply?

So this is not a discussion about simply thinking deeply.

I’m curious if anyone thinks TOO deeply about certain things. Or rather, “take the thought too far”.

Here’s an example.

Let’s say you have a friend who you care for deeply. It’s late and you’ve been hanging out and they have to drive home. They leave and you suddenly get a thought that they might get in a wreck. For most people that’s enough to bother them.

But instead of leaving at just “what if they wreck”, you start thinking of how the wreck would occur, their body motions during the collision, the sounds of fear and hurt of them afterwards. Just the most accurate and horrifying moments of the whole scenario.

This is how I often think. And not by choice. Not all of my thoughts are like this but most of the time, if they involve people I really care about, they do go this route. And it’s deeply disturbing

I hate it.

Recent purge of bad habits has me feeling very dull.

3 weeks with no nicotine

4 days of consuming half the caffeine I normally would (70 mg) (used to be 160+)

No more daily chocolate (still eat fruit)

I feel like I can't focus, I feel stupid, tired, depressed. Panic attacks

I'm wondering if this is even worth it.

Tension headaches and irritability. Can anyone relate?

I got TMJ from wisdom teeth extraction.

Apparently the condyle or one side gets “jammed”.
I start getting tension headaches, and I get really irritable. It makes me feel like a completely different person

The only thing that I have found that can fix it is a chiropractor.

I have no idea what is causing it to jam up again and wish I knew how to adjust it myself.

Anyone else have similar situation?

Will start and run for a couple of seconds with starting fluid.

-rebuilt carb with new diaphragms.
-ensured that the needle closes and plugs
-replaced fuel filter and ensured fuel lines are good. -spark arrest is clean
-has spark

The only thing I can’t do is adjust the damn hi/low settings on the carb. I don’t have the damn tool for it. It’s a micro D.

I’m at a loss at this point
