I'm looking at both the Steam Workshop tab for everything, and the ones I'm already subscribed to. Clicking a map opens the popup with the options of Subscribe! and Download/Open!

Neither seem to do anything, aside from tell me "DOWNLOADING, PLEASE WAIT!" with no changes. It's every map right now, including small ones that are only 1MB.

I also tried subscribing to maps in Steam directly, same issue.

I always forget to pick up something at Kroger before I head to a buddy's place and I end up reluctantly getting a case of cider or seltzer at the Valero on Howard for like twice as much as it should be. I was looking at Google Maps and there's nothing in Decatur for either a basic foot mart/store or a liquor store outside of "gourmet premium" options.

I just wanted a quick stop to pick up my basic-ass friend some Trulys.

I've been using CoK for D&D maps on a website I'm building, to get a good amount of usable map for D&D though I have to manually export different areas of the map then stitch them together.

Is it possible in the future for an option that allows for auto exporting multiple images for easier stitching?

If I'm looking at a town center, I go to export, there's an option for "export images surrounding view" which will bring export images for the area surround I'm looking at, same resolution and scale. And a possible secondary option for "how many tiles away: X" Where you can export a second, third, etc. layer of tiles emanating away from what you're currently looking at?

Jumping the gun and looking around at apartments in/around Buffalo (coming from Atlanta, WNY native tho) for early next year and I was aiming to keep rent around $1,500-$1,700.

Looking at Zillow, there's regular apartment buildings that have studios or one bedrooms with 500-700sqft for about that much or entire floors that are 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2000 sqft for the same cost but that's just way too much space for me (single dude) and I already know that's going to be a ridiculous utility bill to keep warm in the winter.

Is there something going on where the middle ground between these two types of options just doesn't really exist?

Side note, why do so many places list their paid and shared laundry room/facility as an "in-unit" washer/dryer?

Looking to join into a casual D&D group, nothing hardcore or super serious. Most of my experience is just level 5 one shots. I have a couple buddies + 1 of their girlfriends that also like to play.

We have a DM once a month but they're out in Fairburn so hoping to find someone closer to the Kirkwood/Decatur/EAV area.

I've looked around the ATLRPG group but they seem to mostly play things D&D-adjacent or other TTRPGs and I/we're just looking for plain ol' D&D.

We're all film/TV people, pretty nerdy (anime heavy), and involved in fitness so a few words to just show we're normal and not going to creep out any games since that does seem like a worry.

I've mostly seen CRC I listed as the entry level position, but also Clinical Research Assistant as the true entry level position. I was going to go through the GCP course and IPPCR and look at hopping into the world of clinical research but now I'm not sure what I should be looking for on job boards or with Emory postings (which has CRC I roles but not assistant ones).

I'm considering moving from accounts payable to medical coding/billing using the Emory program. Hoping someone in the area has experience with this and can advise on how the entry level field looks. I'd aim for the CBCS and CPC.

Are there issues integrating 3rd party things into the free version? Specifically, this prism effect. It's the only 3rd party thing I need for a short film, everything else I can do just fine with the base free version. After Effects doesn't have a prism effect either so going 3rd party seems to be my only option.

Bit of a left field thing here, context, from Buffalo then moved to Atlanta in 2015 for film/TV (plenty of video editing on the side), wanting to gtfo of Atlanta and go to some mid sized city rather than something like NYC/Jersey.

Places like Albany (and Buffalo) are big enough for the film adjacent industries like marking and advertising without having the horror show stuff in large cities.

I'd like to apply to some stuff in Albany, and probably get apartment recs if it goes through, but I have no idea what to look for in your guys' city.

Wasn't sure where to look for this, I'm a 2nd Assistant in the accounting department down in Atlanta, which is unfortunately pretty dead. NYC and NJ are seemingly desperate for accounting people though, since my local is now offering free training to people up there who want to move from normal accounting to film accounting.

Everywhere wants locals only though, no distant hires, no remote work, nothing except someone in the area.

Didn't know if there's a set up in NYC or Jersey city just for short term housing for film people. We don't get paid enough to cover rent with two apartments so I can't just get a second apartment up there.

This post is mostly for anyone else who googles for this. A fake person named Timothy Roosevelt has been contacting people offering them careers with the company, fully remote, above average pay, etc.

GK-Software is a real company and they are aware of this scam and have reported it already.

You'll get an email with a Google Doc with interview questions, no actual phone call, you won't speak to anyone else aside from Timothy.

Eventually you'll be selected, hired, etc. and he'll tell you the company is sending a payment up front for you to purchase equipment. I'm assuming this is the scam part, you don't get money but you're told to purchase equipment from a "company accredited vendor" with the vendor either being fake or the money just going to the scam account.

I work in film (accounts payable/video editing) and we have, in theory, a project starting up in a couple months but I don't have anything going on until then (and this thing can be pushed back or cancelled so who knows).

I'm near downtown Decatur, interested in any part time gigs someone needs help with. I can lift things if needed, I have a car, hang out with pets, etc.

Outside of Rankin and Jordan, it's a struggle to find good information on the other two races (which seem to be Wooten and Felton if you want to claw Georgia away from the pedophile party).

All the other races are uncontested but I'm assuming there's write in candidates for some of those races? I can't find any info though. Has anyone complied anything for the various races tomorrow?

I haven't played in over a year when the stable version was 1.12.xx and now is looks like it's up to 1.4 and all the big mod collections are still.... 1.12.xx from a couple years ago.

Are there any recommended collections for 1.3+ that make some massive changes for the game?

Stuff similar to From, Severance, early Lost (it got weird later). It can be Sci-Fi too, Gone World was a good read and I especially liked the QTN parts with how messed up the scenes were and Mass Effect has some good side plots with interesting (and messed up!) mysteries. I also like Junji Ito's work.

I was running DOMAIN (dae) because it has close to 5,000 mods with some of my preferred changes; more quests, more companions, better game play, as many pieces of armor and weapons as possible, but I was getting a crash to desktop every 5-10 minutes and mostly stopped playing.

I think I only got 10-15 hours in before I gave up.

That collection most likely suffers from being ridiculously large and having too much to cross check for stability.

Are there any other collections that really add a ton to the game (and provides better game play)? I don't even care about lore friendly, I just want content.

If it matters, I don't mind the skimpy armor and stuff, but I don't care about the game have porn game mechanics, that just seems like wasted space and adds more crashes/bugs for nothing.

I also don't care for the main quest, so anything the helps me get away from either the intro or the main quest is great. Load me up with side quests.
