Original budget was 250k, but pushed it to 275k just incase. Found 295k too good to be true house and got it for 275k (pending inspection) and lower commission (we didn't even ask).
Sure it'd be trial and error, but he does have the pretty accurate drawing. Unless the key and chest are supernaturally locked.
Pictures not mine, but I have the exact shirt back at home. Is there a way to transform youth shirts into adult sizes? Or my other option would be to cut out the graphics and stitch them on another shirt.
To me I feel like owning a townhouse wouldn't be truly mine. Youre still sharing part of the building with others. I want the freedom to do whatever I want to my house. Like add ons, yard workshop, have the option to paint whatever color, ridiculous lawn ornaments like a 12ft skeleton, etc... Also to not have to worry about making too much noise. Am I overreacting?
