New D&D Star Wars Adventure Supplement Revealed at NYCC
At this year’s New York Comic Con, Wizards of the Coast and Lucasfilm officially announced that a new supplement entitled D&D Star Wars: Tyro Squadron Adventures will be coming sometime in 2027 alongside a Core Rulebook.
Scratch-built fortress terrain
I scratch-built a fortress terrain piece. I designed it to be modular, creating it in sections so that the gatehouse or the towers could be used individually in the game.
I designed the castle gate so that it can be opened and closed to some extent.
Come play Dungeons and Dragons at the Rockhill miniature market tomorrow and every Wednesday at 5:30. Total beginners welcome!

Cool piece of Old School memoribilia
There are many rare pieces of Magic history. Today I got to take a closer look at a really cool one. An uncut sheet of beta rares. Not many of these out there. Would love to have one on my wall.
Recently saw this in a random Discord server I'm in. Thoughts?
Abomination Vaults
Recreates the topmost floor of the Abomination Vaults in Openforge tiles. Made the rickety docks as well, but the posts didn't stay in very well. Admittedly I did use liquid instead of gel super glue since I ran out, but I think I'll modify the posts to have square bases so that they'll stick better.
Honest Question: What price would make you happy?
What would be an acceptable price for you to pay for a pack of painted Heroscape figures? So genuine question for the community. I was recently debating in another thread and pricing came up. Let’s assume it’s a common squad pack with 2 squads in it. The figures cannot be made and painted with unethical labor conditions in a developing nation so you have to be reasonable and cannot expect the same prices as the 2000s. I know price has long been hotly debated in the Renegade era and I agree it’s an expensive hobby but with them lowering prices I’m curious what would genuinely make people happy yet is still based in reality.
Who’s going to the reality fracture prerelease this weekend? Which game store are you going to?
Update: Deeper walls on the Sky Table Board
The illusion just got better, went from 4" to 8". Im using it to run a hombrew of Crimson Skies Gaslands. Here is a full how to!
Update on Sat Night Clix
Masters of Evil were defeated! Thor was first to fall and then Dr Doom. Masters of Evil couldn’t take down 3 Avengers teams and my Black Lantern squad. A hulk died from an avengers team on turn 3 but they were weakening as time went on. Bit complicated to keep track of everything so I don’t recommend a 4v1 lol. Called it after 2hr mark but it was fun nonetheless!

$20
Excluding the mat, this is only about twenty bucks in materials. 12 bucks in foam from. Home depot. Coffee stir sticks for the structures and ladders (thank you to my local barista) were free. Like three bucks for Bamboo skewers for the bridges. Cardboard for corrugated walls free from my recycle bin. Paint already on hand.
Tip: covering this much foam in hobby paint is way too expensive. Go to home depot ain't department, pick out any colors you like and ask for the sample size. They're like 4-6 bucks each for an 8oz can. One can will be way more than you need for 48x48 inch terrain set up. For the mat you can use butcher paper dull side (comes in 24x24, 36x36, 48x48) and paint to match your theme.
Excluded: mat, 3d printed bunker
Already on hand: glue, hobby effects paint (rust, blood etc).
Come play Dungeons and Dragons at the Rockhill miniature market tomorrow and every Wednesday at 5:30. New players welcome.
We are at level 6, feel free to bring your own character, I’ve also got character sheets you can just have. Direct chat me if you have any questions. Just look for the guy with the Star Wars hat on
I carved a new wooden pumpkin 🎃
The Pumpkin Monstrosity
Took around 70 hours
Fun and silly teams
I am not a competitive player. In fact if I find a piece is commonly used in tournament teams I often avoid using it. I love fun teams. This Scooby Things team actually beat a, DC assassin's team! And those are the 25pts Mystery Inc.
I do like the Thundercats and TMNT. I have an idea to play Chaos King with Mr. Mxyzptlk 😁
So just wondered what other fun and silly teams or characters people enjoy playing.
Cheers.
Turns out I'm an idiot and been using fluorescent paints
Been using Fluo paint for years as just a vibrant color on a ton of different minis. Recently chased a scorpion into my game room and using a blacklight realized how many of my minis are fluorescent. So now I'll probably be figuring out how to run aces in the dark assuming I can find some glowing dice
Stats
Looking for some input on stats and or special abilities for this pumpkin lord that I printed last night for a Halloween themed map
